You know the joy of road tripping with your four kids between the ages of 3 and 8 and each of them is asking (whining) for a different song or CD as you curse the traffic on the highway?

Deep breaths, parents. Bright Horizons Early Education and Preschool has got you covered. They have created Bright Horizons Radio on Pandora® as a way to please even the choosiest music connoisseur – a.k.a. your sticky toddler. The station features a myriad of kid approved songs.

With Laurie Berkner and Brady Rymer for the younger crowd, and groups like Kidz Bop for big brother and sister, you can’t go wrong. Even my husband and I nodded our heads in approval when a version of Puff the Magic Dragon sung by none other than Broken Social Scene streamed into the old Volvo.

I also find it good background music for when we are home, with the added bonus of the spontaneous dance party that ensues when a favorite song pops up.

Music. Dance parties. Random sing alongs. Happy summer to us and thumbs up to you, Bright Horizons. Thumbs up.
