Lyon Marcus has pursued a career as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in the Tri-State area for over 10 years, working with people of all ages & fitness levels  from top triathletes to those just starting out a fitness regimen. A number of elite cyclists, runners, golfers, skiers, swimmers, and tennis players are coached by Lyon. Lyon specializes in family fitness and has many pre- and post- natal clients. He is a new dad himself and helps his family have fun while keeping fit, from running laps around the park with his son in the jogging stroller to cycling with his clients and cycling team. He and his wife live in New York City with their 2-year-old son and new baby daughter.
