Nurse Purse manufactures stylish bags that hold a breast pump, pump accessories, and have room for other things a working woman or mom-on-the-go might want to carry with her. I was pretty excited to try it out; since being back at work, I had been carrying one bag for my computer and work files, another bag for personal accessories, and ANOTHER bag for my pump and pumping accessories. I recently tested one of Nurse Purse’s bags and to say that I was “pleasantly surprised” would be an understatement!

The “Martini” bag is laminated cotton, so it is water resistant and stain resistant (great for spills and setting a heavy bag down on the floor of the subway). The bag had enough interior storage for my laptop and files, as well as cosmetic bag, gym clothes, pump accessories, and snack. The pump and cords all fit into a separate compartment with easy access, so I never needed to break down my machine after using it. There is even a side pocket for my water bottle.

Not only did the Nurse Purse cut down the number of bags I had to carry from 3 to 1, I got 2 compliments from random people on the subway on what a cute bag I was carrying. Best of all, I was able to take my bag from work to dinner with my husband and didn’t feel like a bag lady or frumpy mom. This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it for any pumping mom!

*What exactly does a sponsored product review mean? Well, it goes a little something like this: unlike all of our educational content blogs where we receive NO compensation, for our S.O.S reviews Mommybites has been compensated by companies to review and discuss their product. This helps us pay outside bloggers (ones not affiliated with Mommybites, nor the companies themselves) to try out and review the products. This insures that all the reviewers writing these reviews are not influenced in any way.
