Our nanny Sher is warm, reliable, and experienced. She is CPR certified and has a lot of experience with newborns and toddlers. She was wonderful with our son and worked with us from the time he was 8 months through 17 months. She helped us transition to 1 nap, ramp up food intake, and ensured he got plenty of time outdoors and at the park. She also took him to classes and met with other nannies so that he could be socialized with other babies around the same age. We recently moved from NY to LA and want make sure she finds her next job!

After 10 years with our family, it is hard to imagine life without Carmen. She started with us when our oldest daughter was a newborn and has been by our side ever since. When our second daughter was born, Carmen was there from day one. She has cared for both of our girls through every stage, from newborns to elementary school and now into the pre-teen years. She has become part of our family.
I still remember those early days as a first-time mom. I worried about everything: naps, bottles, feeding schedules, whether my daughter was happy, and whether she was getting enough sleep. She was also a huge help during the transition to solid foods, making the milestone smooth and stress-free for all of us. Her communication skills were excellent, meaning we always felt connected and informed throughout the day. We trusted her completely. Pema has been an amazing nanny to us for almost 2 years. She coordinated outings to the park, music/gym class, library, playgrounds, and playdates while also tending to the baby’s laundry, meal prep, and light tidying in the children’s areas (she is an expert pillow fluffer and blanket folder and can make every room look a lot neater!). When we welcomed our second daughter, Joy continued to provide developmentally appropriate care to both girls amidst the scheduling challenges of multiple infant naps and school/activity transport. In their 1-3+ years together, both girls have formed a beautiful relationship with her.
She has an easygoing, joyful energy. Both of our children smile wide and run/crawl to her in excitement when she arrives each morning. There is laughter in our home all throughout the day.
