We no longer need full time help, so unfortunately are parting ways with our wonderful nanny, Hermi. She has worked with us for 3 months, but has quickly made an impression and easily got a handle on our 9 month old\’s routine and needs. She is so sweet and loving with our baby, she sings and dances, is energetic, engaging, cautious, and protective while out and about – you will never have to worry about your baby\’s safety while in her care. Our baby absolutely lights up when she arrives for the day and tries to follow her out the door when she leaves. I always hear them laughing and playing in the other room and it\’s been so sweet to see their bond grow, even in this short amount of time that she has worked with us. Hermi is great with babies, caring, and eager to please, and she always leaves our home neater than when she found it. She has handled everything from taking our daughter to classes and playdates, coaching me through starting solids, shopping for and making our daughter\’s food, doing our daughter\’s laundry, and alerting me to things that need attention. I would love to find her a great family to work with. She is based in Jersey City but commutes to us in Manhattan, so she is open to a variety of locations.
