The time has to come to share our nanny of 10 years with another loving family. She has been with our family since our oldest was a newborn. She has lovingly cared for all three of our children from infancy through early childhood, and now that they’re all in school full time, it’s time for her to find a new family to help.
She is nurturing, patient, dependable, and truly became part of our family. Our kids absolutely adore her—and we do too. She’s been a steady, calming presence in our home, with a natural gift for connecting with children and supporting their growth. Whether it was helping with naps, homework, or imaginative play, she did it all with warmth and care.

I’m writing to highly recommend our nanny Hazel for a part-time position with a new family. She has been a wonderful presence in our home and has cared for our two year old son with kindness, dedication, and so much love. Hazel joined our family when our son was three months old. As a first-time mom, I was very nervous about transitioning back to work and could not have done it without Hazel. From day one she has been attentive, collaborative, and deeply caring. Hazel treats our son as her own and her utmost concern is for our son’s safety at all times.
Hazel has greatly excelled at engaging our son in developmentally appropriate play, music, and reading. Our son absolutely adores Hazel! She is a source of light, humor and joy as she cares for our son. Hazel has gone above and beyond to form connections with nannies in our building and neighborhood to create opportunities for daily playdates. She has been very helpful with finding sources of entertainment and education in our neighborhood. Additionally, Hazel aided with cooking and light housekeeping.

We are looking for a new home for our amazing nanny, Ana. Sadly both of our kids are in school and we only need part time help. She’s been with our family since our first was 3 months old and now both kids are 6 and 4. She is truly apart of our family and always will be. Working with Nerisia has been an absolute dream for the last 3.5 years. Nerisia approaches every day with kindness, energy, and adventure. She is fantastic with newborns and has supported our daughter’s development from 6 weeks through all of her major milestones. She has organized her meals every day, done laundry each week for both of our kids, and has curated exciting daily adventures around New York City. She has organized a wonderful playgroup for our daughter and even arranged and decorated her birthday parties. Whether it was picnics, playdates, museums, or rainy day art activities, Nerisia has always ensured that our daughter’s day was structured and engaging.
In addition to the joy and warmth that she brings to her interactions with children, Nerisia is a real professional. She is an excellent communicator, always ensuring that we are on the same page about instilling strong values and manners in our children, and demonstrating them herself. She has gone out of her way to help educate our children, helping our first grader with homework and teaching our three-year-old her letters.
