Our beloved nanny of 5 years will be available for a full-time position starting this July/August, as both of our children will be in school full-time come fall.
Om came highly recommended from one of our closest friends, with whom she had also been for 5 years. From the moment she joined our family when our son was just 7 months old, she brought warmth, patience, and unwavering reliability to our home. She has truly helped raise our children and has been a steady, loving presence every step of the way.
She has a calm, nurturing presence and an intuitive understanding of children’s needs. Our kids absolutely adore her. From organizing playdates and attending classes, to spending hours at the playground, she kept our little ones active, engaged, and happy. We always came home to smiling children and a clean, tidy home, which gave us such peace of mind over the years.
We feel beyond lucky to have had Om with us, and any family would be fortunate to welcome her into their lives. She’s truly one of a kind.
We are more than happy to provide a glowing reference and connect directly. Please feel free to reach out!
I highly recommend Sisa Zaruma, who has been an exceptional nanny for my two boys (ages 1 and 3). We are moving to Upstate, and it’s with great sadness that we must part ways with her. I am eager to help her find a family who will benefit as much as we have from her outstanding care.
Sisa speaks Spanish fluently, which has been a wonderful advantage for our family. She connects deeply with our children and handles everything—from picking them up at school to managing their daily routines—with great care and affection, making her feel like part of the family.
What sets Sisa apart is her industrious nature and creativity. She goes beyond caregiving, enriching their lives with museum visits, park playdates, and activities that stimulate their development. She ensures that my children are not only well cared for but also engaged and inspired.
Sisa is both incredibly caring and kind and treats my children as her own. They adore her, and she has become a beloved figure in our home. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest parts of our move.
I confidently recommend Sisa to any family looking for a full-time nanny. She combines skills, experience, and genuine love for her work. I’m sure she will be a tremendous asset to any family fortunate enough to have her.
It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Nadia, who cared for our two children over the last several years. She began caring for our son when he was just six months old and quickly became
one of the most loving, thoughtful, and dependable presences in his life and in ours. As he grew, Nadia also took on afternoon care for our daughter after nursery school, always managing both children with grace, warmth, and ease.
Nadia brings a calm and intuitive energy to everything she does. She has a remarkable ability to handle theunexpected and was a true lifesaver during a major family celebration we traveled for. Day to day, she filled our home with joy and creativity, reading books, doing crafts, encouraging imaginative play, and ensuring the kids spent their time engaged and connected rather than in front of screens. She was always respectful of our parenting preferences and found countless quiet ways to support our household so that it ran more smoothly.
The only reason we are parting ways is that both of our children are now entering full-time school. Saying goodbye to Nadia feels like saying goodbye to a member of our family. I know, however, that she will be an incredible gift to the next family lucky enough to have her. She is smart, nurturing, dependable, and has a rare gift for making children feel safe, loved, and free to be themselves. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation.
We’re heartbroken to be writing this, but our beloved nanny of four years is looking for a new long-term family to join as our kids head off to school full time this fall.
She is everything you hope for in a nanny: incredibly warm, bubbly, nurturing, and dependable. She has been with us through it all—helping raise our kids with love, laughter, and unwavering care. She’s the one teachers, other parents, and even strangers at the playground stop to compliment. She has truly become part of our family, and I can’t overstate how much we trust and adore her.
She does it all—playdates, meal prep, kids laundry, sick days, school pick ups—you name it. She brings joy and calm to our daily chaos and is an expert.
She’s ideally looking for a child aged 9 months or older and is flexible on location in Manhattan or Brooklyn. She’s open to part-time morning hours (I’m happy to keep her in the afternoons!) or a full-time role with a new family. She has been a caregiver for more than 14 years plus raised her own two children.
If you’re looking for a nanny who will become your lifeline, please reach out to her directly. You won’t find someone more loving or wonderful. Her start date is flexible mid-July – September.
There will be no need to look any further than our Rosa. Seven years ago, when beginning the daunting task of finding a caretaker for our then 1 year old son, I invited Rosa over to see how he would react to her. My son immediately was attracted to her warmth and kindness.
Our then 1 year-old is now 8 and we also have a 4 year-old. Rosa cares for our boys as her own. She showers them with love and affection. Our eldest calls Rosa his second mom and they never let her leave without a goodbye hug.
Rosa quickly became an integral part of our parenting team and as a result we seamlessly take over when we come home after work. We have never worried when Rosa is with our children. She plans our kid’s activities when they are not in school, including scheduling play dates. In fact, our sons have developed several friendships through Rosa’s network.
Rosa primarily speaks and reads to our children in Spanish. As a result both of our boys are bilingual. Rosa is extremely reliable – we have very challenging work schedules and she is always ready to adjust whenever possible. She is always eager to help in any way she can. We are excited for the next family who she will join!
Rochelle, or (Roro) as our kids lovingly call her, worked with our military family (United States Air Force) from 2019 to 2022, and she quickly became so much more than a nanny to us. She brought Montessori-inspired structure into our home in the gentlest, most thoughtful way, blending learning and play effortlessly. Roro is creative, fun, and incredibly intuitive with children she has a gift for knowing exactly what they need, whether it’s space to explore, encouragement to grow, or just a warm hug and a laugh.
One of the things we appreciated most about Roro was that we never had to micro-manage. Her instincts, experience, and thoughtful approach gave us complete peace of mind.
She’s not just attentive; she’s deeply present and intentional. Most importantly, she cared for our children with the kind of love and dedication you’d hope for from family. Any parent, especially one navigating the demands of military life, life as a new mom, would be blessed to have someone like Roro by their side.
I am so happy to recommend our weekend/part-time nanny, who cares for our 20-month-old son. She has been truly a gift to our family.
Our son struggles with separation anxiety, which makes it difficult to find someone he feels safe and comfortable with. From the very beginning, Twyla approached the situation with patience, empathy, and deep understanding. She took the time to build trust with him at his pace—offering gentle reassurance, consistent routines, and a calm, nurturing presence that helped him feel secure and cared for in our absence.
She has a natural way with young children, blending playfulness with attentiveness, always ensuring our son’s emotional and physical needs are met. Whether she’s reading with him, engaging him in sensory play, or simply sitting with him quietly during a tough moment, she brings warmth and intentionality to every interaction. We are so lucky to have her as a respite in our busy schedule.
On top of her outstanding care, Twyla is reliable, on-time, and professional, and communicative.
She is looking for a full-time position and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Davi has been with our family for over 13 years, since our oldest son was born. She’s been an integral part of raising our 4 children (13, 11, 8, and 3 years old) as both parents worked full time. She cares for and loves my children as though they are her own. Davi is particularly wonderful with infants and toddlers. She cared for all four of our babies – made homemade food, put everyone on a solid nap and sleep schedule, and took care of bath/bedtime when we were still at work. When I travel for work, she is always a calming, nurturing presence for our children. Once school age, Davi managed the transition to nursery school and handled the day-to-day rapport with other parents, nannies and teachers. In addition to caring for the children, she did all of the laundry, kept the kitchen and common areas tidy. With direction, she can cook delicious dishes for our children, maintaining flexibility to account for dietary preferences that differ from a toddler to a teenager. When necessary, Davi is able to take children to doctor’s appointments or haircuts, thus saving us time on weekends. All of my children have been integrated into her family and have had sleepovers at her house (at the children’s request) on the weekends. She does extensive travel with our family, including getting stuck places for several extra days. She was always flexible with the circumstances. If we gave advance notice, Davi was willing to stay overnight with the children which was always a huge help. During the summer, outside of the city, Davi is able to drive our children to day camp. When Davi started with our family, she had a flip phone. She’s not focused on her phone or messing with it all day long. That said, it is heartwarming to receive a photo from her from an afterschool class or the park with smiling faces on our children. She is playing and caring for the children because my children always came first. This will be a very sad day for our family but know that she will continue to be part of our family.
We are helping our wonderful Nanny of 6 years look for new family to partner with, as both of our children are now in school. She is loving, sweet, calm, extremely organized, and imaginatively playful with our kids, and has been from day 1! Because she has become a special part of our family, we want to help her find her next position. Also fluent in Spanish and English.
We are sadly parting ways with our incredible nanny, Anjali. Due to changes in our family’s needs, we are no longer able to keep her on, but we are beyond grateful for her care and love she has provided for my child. She joined our family when our daughter was just one month old, and she quickly became an integral part of our family. As our little one grew, Anjali was right there, celebrating every developmental milestone with us- from tummy time, first smile, crawling, walking, and so much more. She is trustworthy, respectful, and professional. We are so sad to see her go, and hope she finds a new family who will love and appreciate her as much as we do.
Racquel is an amazing, one of a kind person and nanny to our 1.5 year old – she has been with us for over a year and our needs are changing (only need part time), so looking to find her the loving, caring family she deserves! Racquel is everything you want in someone who cares for your children – she is loving, trustworthy, reliable, extremely hard working and very professional.
She is very hands on. Reads, sings and plays with our daughter all day long. Takes her to classes, to play dates (she has a great network of nanny friends), to the park. She is always finding great activities for her to socialize and learn. She is early every single day. She cleans the apartment while my daughter naps. She helps with cooking and our laundry – even though I didn’t ask her to. She is flexible on nights and weekends. She is easy going, amenable to change, an excellent communicator. Her demeanor and experience are unparalleled. She suggests toys our daughter would like and keeps inventory of supplies, letting me know when we are running low. She travels with us, stays in our home with our daughter, is great around our extended family. She has been a nanny for 30+ years to families with kids of all ages. Any family would be lucky to have her!
Working with Nerisia has been an absolute dream for the last 3.5 years. Nerisia approaches every day with kindness, energy, and adventure. She is fantastic with newborns and has supported our daughter’s development from 6 weeks through all of her major milestones. She has organized her meals every day, done laundry each week for both of our kids, and has curated exciting daily adventures around New York City. She has organized a wonderful playgroup for our daughter and even arranged and decorated her birthday parties. Whether it was picnics, playdates, museums, or rainy day art activities, Nerisia has always ensured that our daughter’s day was structured and engaging.
In addition to the joy and warmth that she brings to her interactions with children, Nerisia is a real professional. She is an excellent communicator, always ensuring that we are on the same page about instilling strong values and manners in our children, and demonstrating them herself. She has gone out of her way to help educate our children, helping our first grader with homework and teaching our three-year-old her letters. In addition to being truly devoted to our children, Nerisia is also extremely thoughtful, reliable, and always on time!! Our whole family sees Nerisia and her family as a part of our own, and she will be long after she finds another family to work with, just as she continues to be in the lives of the families that she has worked with in the past.
We would be thrilled to answer any questions about Nerisia.
The time has to come to share our nanny of 10 years with another loving family. She has been with our family since our oldest was a newborn. She has lovingly cared for all three of our children from infancy through early childhood, and now that they’re all in school full time, it’s time for her to find a new family to help.
She is nurturing, patient, dependable, and truly became part of our family. Our kids absolutely adore her—and we do too. She’s been a steady, calming presence in our home, with a natural gift for connecting with children and supporting their growth. Whether it was helping with naps, homework, or imaginative play, she did it all with warmth and care.
We feel so lucky to have had her with us for a full decade, and we can’t recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a loving and experienced caregiver.
I am honored to write this recommendation for Regina, who has been an extraordinary part of our lives for many years. She has lovingly cared for all four of my children since they were babies, and through her dedication, warmth, and support, she has truly become a member of our family.
Regina is everything you would hope for in a nanny—nurturing, dependable, patient, and incredibly in tune with each child’s individual needs. She has helped raise our children with love, structure, and kindness, and they absolutely adore her.
We trust her completely, which is why she has traveled with us everywhere—both domestically and internationally—helping maintain a sense of stability and care no matter where we are. Her presence brings a sense of calm and joy to our family, and her support has been invaluable in every setting.
It is difficult to put into words just how much Regina means to us. She is more than a caregiver—she is family, and any household would be lucky to have her.

We’re sharing this recommendation with deep appreciation for the incredible care our nanny has provided to our family over the past seven years. She joined us when our first child was born and has helped raise all three of our children with love, patience, and consistency.
She is warm, reliable, and incredibly intuitive with children. Over the years, she’s managed everything from daily routines and school pickups to meals, activities, and keeping our home running smoothly. She brings a calm, steady presence and is equally comfortable playing on the floor or helping older kids with academic activities.
Our children adore her, and we feel very lucky to have had her in our lives for so long. She has become like family to us, and we’re excited for another lucky family to experience the care and commitment she brings every day.
Happy to provide more details or connect by phone or email.
I’m writing to highly recommend our nanny Hazel for a part-time position with a new family. She has been a wonderful presence in our home and has cared for our two year old son with kindness, dedication, and so much love. Hazel joined our family when our son was three months old. As a first-time mom, I was very nervous about transitioning back to work and could not have done it without Hazel. From day one she has been attentive, collaborative, and deeply caring. Hazel treats our son as her own and her utmost concern is for our son’s safety at all times.
Hazel has greatly excelled at engaging our son in developmentally appropriate play, music, and reading. Our son absolutely adores Hazel! She is a source of light, humor and joy as she cares for our son. Hazel has gone above and beyond to form connections with nannies in our building and neighborhood to create opportunities for daily playdates. She has been very helpful with finding sources of entertainment and education in our neighborhood. Additionally, Hazel aided with cooking and light housekeeping.
Lastly, I need to highlight Hazel’s flexibility and her ability to work around our changing schedules. She has been a great help to us not only during the week, but also, on weekends and during family trips. Hazel’s direct and open communication style aided our ability to all focus on our son’s wellbeing as the top priority. We are so thankful to have had Hazel as part of our family and she will be dearly missed by us all.
I’m more than happy to answer any questions or share more about our experience with Hazel!
We are looking for a new home for our amazing nanny, Ana. Sadly both of our kids are in school and we only need part time help. She’s been with our family since our first was 3 months old and now both kids are 6 and 4. She is truly apart of our family and always will be. My kids have such a special bond with her and as you can imagine, are really feeling the loss.
For both kids she:
– Took them to their activities
– Lots of park time
-Scheduled playdates
-Homework help
– Her responsibilities aside from the kids changed over the years, but she was always flexible to help where the house needed it. She’ll cook kids meals, clean, laundry etc..
Our son has special needs and she was there with me every step of the way. She could have left to find something ‘easier’, but she cared about his wellbeing as much as I did. There are no words to describe how she impacted our lives.
Savan is a loving, trustworthy nanny with over 20 years of experience. Savan worked with our family for 3 years. She started with us when our daughter was a newborn and then cared for our son as well when he was born 1 ½ years later. The only reason she is not still with us is because we moved away from NY. She is the kindest, most loving, caring person. She is reliable, responsible, flexible and independent. With her help we were able to establish a stable feeding, sleeping and activity schedule. She is very active with the kids, always takes them out to playdates, playground, classes, nature walks or plays with their toys and books. She is a very experienced nanny whom has worked with four long-term families. Savan will bring an abundance of experience, professionalism and love to her next family.

Monica has been our family nanny for over 12 years. She is a loving and caring person who i absolutely trust my children with. She always take the children out and finds activities for them and they absolutely love here. I can happily recommend her to someone looking for a caregiver for their children.
