It’s a family movie that will pull at your heart strings. Timothy is a blue-eyed, beautiful and loving little boy that will steal your heart in the first minute you meet.
The Odd Life of Timothy Green is a great movie to take your kids to and parents will enjoy it as well. It deals with emotions, love, parting, humor and family. It’s constructed by writer-director Peter Hedges (who wrote What’s Eating Gilbert Grape and About a Boy).
Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton are amazing together while playing imperfect parents
In Jennifer’s talk back with the mommy bloggers and editors she said, “This movie will remind you to not judge yourself as a parent or judge your kids. Nothing is perfect and everyone will survive. Get a community of women and family around you to help you raise your children.”
This is a movie that you definitely don’t want to miss. I was pleasantly surprised how much I connected to the characters. I fell in love with that cute and “quirky” little family. To love and be loved seems to be the theme of this movie. A theme I want to always keep close to my heart.
The Odd Life of Timothy Green was released Wednesday, August 15th. Rated PG.
