- Sweet Memories

When my son looked into my eyes for the first time at about a month old from his crib and to me his eyes said ‘Mommy I’ll love you forever”! So beautiful.
It’s hard to choose, but I would have to say the most precious memories I have are first thing in the morning. My twin girls wake up next to each other on the far side of the crib. When my husband and I walk it, they both look up at us and give us the biggest smiles I’ve ever seen. When we unwrap their swaddles, they give 2 HUGE stretches and then more smiles for us. Heaven….
I love the first smile in the morning. I go in to get my 10-month old out of bed and he’s sitting or standing and smiling expectantly and the smile just gets bigger and bigger as I approach until I pick him up and hug him good morning. I also love putting my 2-year old in the crib with him and we all sing our made-up “good morning” song. It’s the best time of day!
I will always remember holding my daughter for the first time.
oh wow it’s sooo hard to choose just one!!! But I’d have to say my fave thing and what I will probably miss the most is cuddling with my little daughter and having her fall asleep on my chest!
I love when my son walks around the living room with either our house phone or one of his many play phones and says “hiiiieeeeee” in a high-pitch happy voice with a big smile on his face
Or when we walk down the street and he spots a dog before even I do, I hear “woof-woof” in his low-husky voice.
My son loves to cuddle/snuggle. He’ll say “cuddle time” and crawl into bed with me. Too cute!
The best moment ever was holding my son for the first time when he was placed on my chest. Another great moment was the first time he said “Mama”. I went in to get him up from his nap one afternoon and he was standing in his crib with his arm stretched out and a big smile on his face and he said.. “MAMA!!”
I love when my son dances! He is such a great dancer and always gets into it. I also love how he is super friendly and hugs everyone, especially strangers!
those giggles! and the faces with each new food!
The sweetest thing about my baby are his bewitching eyes and the glances he throws my way when he looks for my response to his giggles, smiles, and coos. My sons eyes are enchanting. The sparkle of blue penetrates your heart like a dagger and hooks you like a drug. I am addicted!
My daughter would blow kisses to the cars stopped at the traffic lights as we crossed the street. It was like her own personal parade through NYC.
Laughing when the cats do something bad.
Holding both in the hospital for the first time.
From both of my sons- these big huge wet kisses. They both would grab my face and then plant one on me. I am the only one who has ever gotten these kisses…it is so sweet!
