Pearl worked with my family for five years; she is one of the most extraordinary women I have ever met. She was always on time, loved my son as her own, never missed a day, cleaned up after us even though I didn’t ask her to, kept my son calm and happy, kept me calm and happy, traveled the world with us, and became an essential part of our family. She still babysits for us often, and my son still adores her and giggles and bounces when she arrives.
We only parted ways because my son started kindergarten and we no longer needed the hours, but we remain close and I would like to help her find a new job. She is currently working with a family (she’s been with them for two years) but they have not given her a paid sick day or a paid vacation day in that whole time and she deserves better.
Pearl has been a nanny for decades; she came to us with exemplary references. She began with us when our son was four months. She is infinitely loving and I never worried for a minute when I went back to work. She never uses her phone while she’s working, which I gather is rare. She turned everything into a game with our son, from meals to laundry time. He was always wildly happy to see her (and still is). I cannot recommend her more highly – her work ethic is incredible and her warmth irresistible. Her next family will be extremely lucky to have her.
Sattie has been working for our family for almost 2 years – initially looking after my second son (full time) until he started preschool and then looking after my youngest (part time) from when he was 6 weeks old. We will be moving soon which is why I would love to find Sattie a new family to join who will love her as we have.
Sattie is kind, loving, generous and adores children. My middle son, who does not naturally take to most people, has loved her from the moment she entered our house. The baby would squeal and kick and flap excitedly as soon as he heard the doorbell in the morning. Even my oldest, who is neurodivergent, trusts her and feels safe with her.
Importantly, whenever Sattie walks in the door, it’s like a huge weight is lifted from me. She is such an amazing carer for the kids, but she also looks after me, doing little things to help out whenever she can, just to make my life a bit easier (I have 3 busy boys).
Over the time that Sattie has worked for us, she has been reliable, on time, flexible with our chaotic lives and always happy to take direction. She prepared my son for preschool by practicing letters, and numbers, reading to him every day, doing arts and crafts and teaching him some Spanish. She speaks Spanish to the baby as well and reads to him every day, structuring his day around learning and fun. With both kids, she has always taken them out every day to let them get fresh air and exercise and find them little friends to meet with regularly at the playground.
Sattie communicates everything clearly about my kids’ day. She is a miracle-worker at getting them to nap in the day (far better than his parents) and helped out with toilet-training my middle son. I would whole-heartedly recommend Sattie as a nannie and would be happy to answer any other questions.
Dominique cared for our 2 kids for the past 18 months from when they were 3.5 and 2 years old. She was our first nanny and we felt extremely confident that our kids were safe and well looked after during the day while we were away working long hours. She helped to develop routines and was flexible when the children ended up at different schools, carefully managing drop offs and pick ups with minimal disruption. She prepared healthy and nutritious dinners for our kids and we credit her with making our children great eaters. She is very dedicated to the job, frequently engaged in regular reviews of the kids progress and wellbeing. She’s very patient and has a strong emphasis on clear communication and gentle boundaries. She looked to make friends with other nannies in order to arrange play dates for our kids and was always flexible when we had to work late. We don’t hesitate to recommend her to another family.
Angie is an exceptional nanny who has been with our family since my son was 4 months old. She is loving, gentle, calm and all things amazing with children. I trust her completely with our son and I know he is always safe and loved with her. She helped us transition him to solid foods and get on a great nap and sleep schedule. She plans fun outings and playdates for him and he lights up whenever she walks into the room. She cooks great food and always leaves the apartment cleaner than when she arrived. My sons laundry is done regularly and his room better organized than I ever have it. She always bring a great positive attitude an joyful energy to our home. Spanish is her first language and she speaks in Spanish with our son which we love for him to learn an additional language. She has 4 grown children of her own, and is all things wonderful with childcare. We wish we could keep her, but are moving to CT and it’s too far for her to commute. We offered her a live-in position because we love her so much, but that isn’t ideal for her because she has family in NYC. Please reach out to me with any questions. We love her so much and just want her to find the best next family to work with!
Ann is a loving nanny who has been in our family for four years. She started when my son was 4 months old and supported us as he got older and with his little sister who came along 2 years later. She took care of kids food, kept them clean and loved them as her own. She was creative in bringing them to the library, park, play dates, etc when they weren’t in school. We are parting ways because we need someone who drives to do drop offs and pickups for our kids who are now in school.
Hello/ Salam parents ,
a nanny we worked with for over years and whom we and our son adore is available for babysitting jobs. We can’t recommend her enough, she started watching my son when he was 26 days old and he (and we) considered her as another family member. He still talks about her daily and it’s been several months since she was his caretaker.
She is based in Queens New York but willing to travel, is available starting in late march and open to live in and live out
She speaks fluent English and hindi also Urdu and Bengali . She is extremely caring, compassionate and very proactive with kids. She used to take my son to activities everyday, help with meals and do some light housework when needed.
Please feel free to DM me for her contact info or any questions you might have.
We are happy to share our wonderful experience working with Juliana. She’s 28 years old, she brings a combination of experience, maturity, warmth, and professionalism. Juliana is fluent in English and Spanish, and has been working with children since she was 17, giving her over ten years of hands-on experience with little ones between 4 months to 14 years old.
Juliana truly enjoys working with kids. She is patient, joyful, and incredibly attentive, always tuning in to each child’s needs and personality. She keeps our children engaged with thoughtful activities that spark learning, creativity, and exploration, whether indoors or at the park. Her background in teaching is evident in the way she encourages curiosity and supports their development every day.
Juliana has been a huge help around our home. She is happy to cook simple, healthy meals, keep things organized, and assist with light cleaning. She approaches every task with reliability and initiative, often taking care of things before we even have to ask.
Juliana is dependable, communicative, and respectful. We trust her completely, and she has become an important part of our family’s routine. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. We would gladly provide references to speak further about her wonderful work.
We recommend Juliana wholeheartedly and we know she will bring the same warmth, dedication, and professionalism to any family she works with.
Nellie is a dedicated, hard working, and caring nanny with at least 30 years of experience with children of all age groups, including helping us raise our now 15 y/o twins from birth well into the teenage years. She will always come in early and quietly get the day started, will stay late without hesitation, and is exceedingly flexible on weekends and holidays. She excels at infant and toddler care, where her loving nature really shines through. She is trustworthy, kind and resourceful. She has been quite flexible in assuming new tasks as the children have grown, including light housework, shopping, and dog walking. She has become an integrated part of our family, and we will miss her greatly.
Fernanda was our nanny for thirteen years, since my youngest son was born. She was an absolutely terrific nanny and all-round help during those years, and she effectively became a family member. She loved our kids as much as we did, and looked after them as if they were her own. She is responsible, resourceful, helpful and loving, and extremely trustworthy. Both of my kids are now grown and she is looking for a full-time job. She works very hard, and is willing to do what she is asked – she always did house cleaning and cooking for the kids for us, as well as taking them wherever they needed to go. She is excellent with newborns as well as toddlers and young kids, and she was also great with them as they grew up too. I highly recommend her. 100% responsible in every way.
Daniella has been our nanny for the past two years and we are regretfully partying ways end of December as our youngest is starting full time school. Daniella is an excellent nanny who is always positive, caring, engaging & patient with our very energetic kids. Our kids adore her – she takes them to all sorts of fun activities around NYC & Brooklyn plays with them in the house on a rainy day, arts & crafts, reading, singing, hide and seek – they have so much fun with her and are always so excited when she walks through the door. Daniella is a confident driver which I have found to be SO helpful, doing pick ups and driving our kids all over Brooklyn & Manhattan. She is a brilliant cook – has made my kids healthy and home cooked meals everyday. We’ve traveled with Daniella internationally and she is always excited to go away with the family and is a great swimmer. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Our nanny Ann is looking for a new job starting in September. She has been with us since 2018 and cared for both of my sons.
She is warm, responsible, flexible and a great communicator, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her all these years. We are devastated that it’s time to move on! Our sons adores her and at every stage, she’s known how to manage them- she was a calming presence when they were infants and became their play buddy when they became toddlers.
Her preference is to work with newborns/infants, hopefully growing with the family and she is only looking for full-time roles.
Our nanny Silvia will become available this summer (mid-July) and is looking for a full-time job. Silvia has worked as our daughter’s full time nanny for the past year and a half. Silvia is kind-hearted, patient and experienced. She is trustworthy and shows up on time. She arranges playdates for our daughter and transports her to and from her various activities. Silvia sends us texts and photos during the day so that we know our daughter has arrived safely at her activities. Our daughter is now 7 years old and has matured significantly over the time Silvia has been with us. Our daughter is much more independent and knows how to respect and follow rules. Silvia has completed child/infant CPR class and completed nanny training workshops at Cornell University Workers Institute.
WONDERFUL nanny available! Our son absolutely loves Dina! There is a special affection between them. We have worked with her for the past 1 yr 9 mo. but sadly, our needs have changed with our youngest heading into a full day of preschool. We are invested in helping Dina find her next family!
Dina has a calm, steady way about her; always patient, gentle, and warm. I have never once seen Dina lose her cool. She is kind, caring and quick to smile. She is expert at getting our 3 yr old out of the apt., often taking him on full day adventures to playgrounds, libraries, and playdates.
She is a native Spanish speaker and my kids have become fluent with her help.
Beyond taking excellent care of our kids, Dina is endlessly helpful in making sure our home is clean and tidy, doing laundry, preparing healthy meals etc. She is one of the hardest working people I know. She always finds a way to bring order and happiness to our home. We are so grateful to her!
Our wonderful former nanny, Yvonne Brissett, is looking for her next long-term family. Yvonne was a true partner to my husband and me in raising our child. She made it possible for us to balance demanding careers with parenting—giving us total peace of mind that our little one was safe, happy, and thriving.
From day one, Yvonne made our child her top priority. She became deeply attuned to their needs and encouraged independence, curiosity, and learning. She celebrated milestones, engaged in real (not baby talk) conversations, and created a joyful, loving environment.
Beyond her exceptional care, Yvonne was a joy to have in our home. She’s energetic, funny, and professional. She traveled with us frequently—both with our child and when we needed care while traveling solo.
A few additional highlights:
20+ years of experience as a career nanny, with a background in hospitality—she’s warm, polished, and communicative
Extremely reliable and punctual—critical for us with our long and often unpredictable work hours
Flexible and accommodating—always willing to stay late or adjust plans on short notice
Goes above and beyond on household tasks—handled all child-related chores and more (dishes, tidying, grocery runs, tracking supplies like diapers and wipes)
Development-focused—suggested toys and activities to support learning, read regularly with our child, and encouraged language development from an early stage
An excellent communicator with family and community—kept grandparents updated with photos and FaceTimes, and built friendly relationships with others in our daily life like our housekeeper and doormen
Yvonne is hoping to find a loving, long-term family. Please feel free to reach out to her directly—or I’m happy to answer any questions or chat further about our experience.
We no longer need full time help, so unfortunately are parting ways with our wonderful nanny, Hermi. She has worked with us for 3 months, but has quickly made an impression and easily got a handle on our 9 month old\’s routine and needs. She is so sweet and loving with our baby, she sings and dances, is energetic, engaging, cautious, and protective while out and about – you will never have to worry about your baby\’s safety while in her care. Our baby absolutely lights up when she arrives for the day and tries to follow her out the door when she leaves. I always hear them laughing and playing in the other room and it\’s been so sweet to see their bond grow, even in this short amount of time that she has worked with us. Hermi is great with babies, caring, and eager to please, and she always leaves our home neater than when she found it. She has handled everything from taking our daughter to classes and playdates, coaching me through starting solids, shopping for and making our daughter\’s food, doing our daughter\’s laundry, and alerting me to things that need attention. I would love to find her a great family to work with. She is based in Jersey City but commutes to us in Manhattan, so she is open to a variety of locations. Please reach out to me if you have any questions, or feel free to get in touch with her directly.
Liliana cared for our baby Noah who is now 16 months old for 7 months until he started daycare and she was absolutely exceptional. We didn\’t want him to start daycare when he was 5 months so Liliana was a big help for us during those months until her turned 1. She is so dependable, warm, and has such a calming presence, Noah adores her. She helped him progress with sitting and crawling. She spent a lot of time singing and reading to him. Even now once in a while when she has time she helps on a weekend or evening to take care of Noah and he loves loves loves her.
My husband and I would have loved to continue with Liliana but Noah had been admitted after waiting a year to a very selective daycare. Deferring admission would have moved us to back of the wait list.
While caring for him, Liliana prepared all his food, kept everything related to him clean and organized. She also helped with light tidying around the apartment. She mostly speaks Spanish but understands some English. I don\’t speak Spanish but I was able to communicate with her using basic English and when that was not enough using one of the many instant translation apps there are. My husband speaks Spanish but he was always at work so I interacted with her 95% of the time with no issues. I even got to learn some Spanish which was a big plus for me.
We were so grateful to find her when we were desperate for a nanny and she was able to find another family after Noah for a few months but now that baby is also starting daycare so she is looking for another family. We recommended her to them and they are absolutely happy but also sad that their baby has to start daycare and can\’t be cared by Liliana anymore. I know that family would be more than happy to provide a second amazing recommendation of Liliana also.
Our nanny, Winnie, is looking for a new role at the end of the summer. She has been a wonderful presence in our lives joining at the start of 2021 when our eldest son was nearly a year old. She helped greatly with the birth and care of our daughter who was born two years later. She has treated our children with kindness and love for over four years and helped them grow into happy, healthy children.
Winnie has helped the children grow and develop, organizing playdates, finding community activities as well as ensuring the kids are intellectually stimulated with age-appropriate play, music and reading. She has taken the effort to connect with other care-givers in the neighborhood, ensuring that the kids have a rich and fulfilling social experiences with their peers as well.
Winnie has helped keep the children healthy with her homemade smoothies and wonderful Jamaican food (I’m a big fan), developed their skills, taking the children to various extracurriculars activities such as soccer and dance, and has been a great source of flexible childcare for dinners out and trips.
I have no reservations in recommending Winnie as an experienced, patient, loving caregiver.
Leslie is such a great source of energy when it comes to caring for children. Mine gravitated towards her so quickly. She is reliable and always prepared to take care the child. Communication is a key valuable trait that she has.
