Find A Nanny
Hi Moms – I’m hoping to help our incredible nanny, Gina, find her next family.
We are only parting ways because our family’s needs have changed with my work schedule — otherwise we would love to keep her forever. She has been with our daughter (now 19 months) and has been truly exceptional in every way. She will be available starting early July and is looking for a full-time role (45 min hours/week) with a consistent schedule.
Gina has played a major role in our daughter’s early development, particularly in language and communication. Her own daughter was the valedictorian of her high school, so she knows what she is doing! She has a natural gift for engaging with children in a way that is both fun and educational. Thanks to her thoughtful approach, we’ve seen tremendous growth in our daughter’s vocabulary and conversational skills.
Gina also brings a great energy to daily activities, always coming up with fun and enriching games, crafts, classes and outings that keep our daughter happily engaged. I have watched her interact during these outings and classes and she is often the most engaged nanny there – participating along the way and helping our daughter do her best (and listen)!
Gina was previously the nanny for our dear friends prior to coming with us, caring for their 2.5 and 1 year olds, and we were lucky to strike the timing lottery when they were moving out of the city.
We trust her completely and cannot recommend her highly enough. Please reach out to her via her work email address provided below.
I’m writing to highly recommend our nanny Hazel for a part-time position with a new family. She has been a wonderful presence in our home and has cared for our two year old son with kindness, dedication, and so much love. Hazel joined our family when our son was three months old. As a first-time mom, I was very nervous about transitioning back to work and could not have done it without Hazel. From day one she has been attentive, collaborative, and deeply caring. Hazel treats our son as her own and her utmost concern is for our son’s safety at all times.
Hazel has greatly excelled at engaging our son in developmentally appropriate play, music, and reading. Our son absolutely adores Hazel! She is a source of light, humor and joy as she cares for our son. Hazel has gone above and beyond to form connections with nannies in our building and neighborhood to create opportunities for daily playdates. She has been very helpful with finding sources of entertainment and education in our neighborhood. Additionally, Hazel aided with cooking and light housekeeping.
Lastly, I need to highlight Hazel’s flexibility and her ability to work around our changing schedules. She has been a great help to us not only during the week, but also, on weekends and during family trips. Hazel’s direct and open communication style aided our ability to all focus on our son’s wellbeing as the top priority. We are so thankful to have had Hazel as part of our family and she will be dearly missed by us all.
I’m more than happy to answer any questions or share more about our experience with Hazel!
To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to highly recommend Lesley Ann Stephenson, who has worked with my family for over five years. She has been an exceptional caregiver and has consistently gone above and beyond in providing outstanding care and support for my children.
Lesley ensures that all of my children’s needs are met each day. She assists with school pickups, makes sure homework is completed, and prepares dinner for the children regularly. By the time I arrive home, the children are clean, settled, and ready for bed, which has been an incredible help to our family.
In addition to caring for the children, Lesley also helps with light housekeeping duties, complementing the work of our weekly housekeeper and helping keep our home organized and running smoothly.
What truly sets Lesley apart is the genuine bond she has built with my children. As they have grown older, they continue to love spending time with her and enjoy her company immensely. She has become a trusted and valued part of our family. We have even invited her to travel with us on vacations because of the trust, reliability, and comfort she brings.
Lesley is truly a treasure, and any family would be fortunate to have her as a caregiver. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
Our truly one-of-a-kind nanny, Nad, will be available beginning in August/September (flexible on start date!), as both of our children will be in school full time. We would truly love to help her find another family.
Nad has been with our family since my oldest was just 4 months old. As a first-time (and anxious!) mom, I cannot overstate the comfort and confidence she gave me from day one. She is calm, loving, experienced, endlessly patient (!!), and unbelievably reliable. Most importantly, she genuinely loves the children she cares for and treats them as if they were her own.
Our kids absolutely adore her, and we have always felt complete trust knowing they were safe, happy, and cared for with Nad. She has such a gentle, intuitive way of meeting kids where they are emotionally, while still bringing warmth, structure, and joy to their days. She’s a true pro – confident and experienced without ever being rigid – but always respectful of our parenting preferences, routines or any direction given.
Nad is also the most dependable caregiver we’ve ever worked with – always on time, incredibly flexible, hardworking, thoughtful, and consistently going above and beyond for our family. We’ve done two nanny shares with her, traveled together as a family, and regularly relied on her for early mornings and late evenings. We often work from home in a small space, and she is always respectful, easy to be around, helpful, and professional. I actually miss having her around when she’s not here!
Quite honestly, Nad has become an invaluable part of our village. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her help raise our children over the past several years.
Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect or hear more about our experience with her — we cannot recommend her highly enough.
It is with a heavy heart but the deepest gratitude that we recommend Camille, our nanny of seven years. Camille joined us when our daughter was just 4 months old and has been the bedrock of our family through the birth of our son (now 4) and some of the most defining moments of our lives. We are only parting ways because I am taking a career break to focus on family—a transition made possible by the incredible foundation Camille helped us build.
Camille is a career professional with 20+ years of experience across NYC and Westchester. As a new mother, I relied on Camille for guidance. She shepherded me through my first years as a mother. Camille taught me every newborn trick, from managing bottles and feedings to preparing fresh baby food for the introduction of solids. She helped us to establish routines for our children as infants, with bathtime, reading, and their evening bottle, which we still in a way carry on today. Camille has helped us manage through every stage, from tracking feedings on apps and navigating sleep regressions to now helping with homework and school pickups. She is an expert at navigating the city safely and is a pro at finding engaging, fun, and developmental activities at every corner of the city (and now in Westchester). She knows every library class, every playground sprinkler, and the Central Park Zoo and Museum of Natural History like the back of her hand. Each morning she would pack a “master diaper bag” and head out with an exciting adventure planned. There is nobody I trust more on the subway with a child than Camille. I still remember when we interviewed Camille and she said “When a child is engaged in an activity, I never rush them.”. This has stuck with me…although I cannot say I always share her same level of patience!
What truly sets Camille apart is her unwavering devotion. She is the “calm in the storm.” We’ve been through a lot the last few eyars When my son faced a life-threatening, near-death medical emergency, Camille was the first to notice and called the ambulance. She stayed with our daughter and managed our home for multiple days and nights while we were at the hospital, no questions asked. Camille saw me through a breast cancer diagnosis and recovery, cared for our dog during his own cancer treatments, and even assists with my 95-year-old grandmother—dancing and singing to keep her spirits high. During COVID, Camille lived with us in our apartment. We had dinner together each night, watched movies, and really did get to know each other well during a strange and uncertain time. When we moved to Westchester, Camille chose to stay with us, even taking the initiative to secure her driver’s license to better support our family’s new driving needs.
Camille treats our home as if it were her own. She is proactive, fast to respond, and sends really and truly very “professional” photos and videos throughout the day. Hers are always better than mine! With schedules changed and the kids now in school, Camille handles food shopping, meal planning, house management, and laundry. She keeps the children’s bedrooms and toy areas meticulously organized. I have to say that Camille is never rushed or stressed. Whether a baby isn’t napping or plans change last minute, she goes with the flow and adapts with grace. She has received unsolicited praise from teachers and neighbors for years. One of Camille’s strongest attributes is her ability to create a network and foster a warm home. In both the city and in Westchester, Camille has built a network. She has helped my children develop great friends and has established our home as a place where people gather.
We often say we won the lottery when Camille entered our lives. She is a nurturing, honest, and street-smart woman with superior values. She didn’t just watch our children; she helped raise them into confident, kind people.
We trust Camille with everything we have. We are more than happy to speak with any family interested in welcoming this extraordinary woman into their lives.
Camille is targeting to start with a new family in mid-August but is flexible to start earlier if it is the right fit.
Experienced and amazing nanny available in May
Our amazing nanny, Danielle, is looking for a new family!
Danielle took care of our older son two years ago, and then (thankfully!) agreed to work with us again this year for a four-month stint before our baby starts daycare in mid-May.
Danielle immediately bonded with both of our kids, and helped us navigate various transitions during their infancy — eating solids, drinking from a cup, transitioning nap schedules, you name it. She’s warm and caring, while at the same time fiercely protective, which has always made me feel at ease when I’m gone for the day. Danielle also believes in talking to kids clearly and directly, which has helped our sons develop their language skills.
It has always been clear that Danielle views her role, in part, as being our sons’ biggest advocate. For both of them, that’s meant helping them build confidence at the play gym or park — and even telling us when we should consider buying different toys, cups, etc. It’s one of the many things that I’ve loved about working her.
I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Tricia has been with our family for the past five years, and she is truly exceptional. She is warm, calm, incredibly organized, and one of the most reliable people we’ve ever known. She brings a rare combination of structure and steadiness while also being deeply caring and present with children.
With our daughter, Tricia has always struck the perfect balance—she is nurturing, engaging, and playful, while also maintaining clear expectations and boundaries. Our daughter feels safe, regulated, and genuinely respects her, which speaks volumes about the trust and consistency Tricia creates. She is especially skilled with transitions and routines, making daily life feel smooth and predictable in the best way.
What really sets Tricia apart is her initiative. She anticipates needs before they arise, handles everything seamlessly, and consistently reduces the mental load of running a household. She is an excellent communicator, always on time, and fully dependable—you simply don’t have to worry when she’s in charge.
Tricia would be an incredible fit for any family looking for someone who brings calm, structure, warmth, and a true sense of partnership into the home. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her, and any family would be fortunate to do the same.
Hi! We are looking for a temporary arrangement for our amazing nanny between August and February while we are gone. We hope to continue with her once we return so looking for someone who can benefit from having a nanny for a short period.
She is Israeli, an exceptionally warm and dedicated woman and came to us highly recommended by another Israeli family. She walks in every day with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She is very patient, sensitive and great with my many requests 😊
My daughter is a bit of a tough cookie and absolutely adores her. She sings to her, plays with her and reads her books. Very much a feeling of a Savta.
She is always punctual, responsible, pleasant, and has a big heart. Her English is limited so one parent must be able to speak Hebrew.
If there is a family looking for a nanny for this period of time or something similar (we’re flexible), I’d love to chat.
Posting to help my lovely former nanny find a new position!
Nisha was our nanny for 3 months when our long-term nanny had surgery and needed that time to recover. Nisha stepped in to watch our three kids (at the time, ages 6, 4 and 1) and did so without missing a beat. She was always on time and just quietly assumed the position without requiring any hand-holding. She is incredibly loving, kind and has a very quiet, calm demeanor. When working from home, I would hear her laughter with the kids throughout the day. I cannot recommend her enough!
She is looking for a full-time position with a newborn or toddler. Please feel free to reach out to her directly (646-286-3654) or me (540-817-0436) if you have any questions, and happy to send a CV as well.”
We are moving to California at the end of June and our amazing, French speaking nanny will be looking for her next family. As a first time mom, I couldn’t have asked for a better partner during my son’s first year. She took so much mental load off my plate. She planned (and cooked!) all his meals, handled nap training, arranged play dates, found age appropriate classes for him in the neighborhood. I wish she could move with us, but NYC is her home! A bit more about her:
– 10+ years of experience, including newborn care and multiple children
– Montessori trained, with a focus on developmental activities for fine and gross motor skills, language development (English and French), and sensory exploration
– Highly nurturing and energetic. Flexible and attentive to family needs, adapting her approach to each child and family
– Structured, daily schedule, balancing academics, creativity, and physical activity to promote healthy routines, time management, and a sense of responsibility
She is looking for full time (45-50 hr/wk) in Manhattan, ideally with an infant or young child and her starting rate is $30/hr. She’s also flexible with hours and was always available for date nights and overnights!
I am pleased to recommend Nina, who has been an exceptional caregiver to our son, Auggie, who is currently 9 months old. What truly sets her apart is the warmth and genuine affection she brings to her work—she has a natural ability to make him feel safe, seen, and deeply cared for.
She is constantly engaging with Auggie in a thoughtful and developmentally supportive way. Whether she’s narrating daily activities, singing songs, reading, or encouraging curiosity through play, she creates an environment that is both nurturing and stimulating. Her instinct is always to connect—she talks to him, not at him, and is highly attuned to his reactions, moods, and needs.
Importantly, she is fully present. She is not distracted by her phone or anything else; her attention is consistently on Auggie, which is something we have deeply valued and trusted. She approaches caregiving with intention, focusing not just on keeping him safe and happy, but on supporting his emotional and developmental growth.
Above all, she is incredibly loving. Her care goes beyond routine responsibilities—she has formed a real bond with Auggie, and it shows in how comfortable and happy he is in her presence.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny who combines professionalism with genuine heart.
We can’t recommend our nanny, Andrea, highly enough. She’s been incredibly warm and attentive with our little girl and strikes a great balance between being caring and keeping good structure throughout the day. She’s proactive about planning activities, gets our little one outside and engaged, and communicates clearly with us on schedules and any updates. Most importantly, our little girl loves her and feels safe and happy around Andrea. She has worked with multiple children, twins and stayed with her previous families for many years. She would love to be in the city or in the Westchester area and can drive (very safe driver!). She is currently working 50hrs with us and is very accommodating when we ask for a few extra hours for a week night event, etc. Andrea has also stayed with our little one while we traveled. She’d be a great fit for any family looking for someone patient, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in their child. If you are interested in speaking with Andrea, please call/text her at +1 (917) 705-8696.
Exceptional nanny available for a full time position of 40hrs a week preferably to take care of another newborn child.
Our wonderful French nanny and daughter’s best friend is now available to make the days of a new lucky and loving families easier!
Didi was a dream come true for our family and it’s a great pleasure to highly recommend her to her new loving families as we moving out of town.
She has 15 years of experience working with children of all ages and she’s incredibly patient, loving and amazing with our baby.
She has been taking care of her since she was 3 months old and she’s 4 years old now.
Hiring Didi in 2022 was the best decision ever made for our family. She’s energetic, attentive, kind, responsible and extremely reliable when it comes to keeping our girl healthy and safe.
For 4 years, our girl has been well-fed, carefully bathed, toilet trained, nap trained, entertained, loved, cuddled everyday. We always felt completely secure with leaving our daughter, our first and only child in her care.
Didi has made our girl’s life full and fun by engaging with her in multiple activities and by organizing play dates, story times, music times, painting, etc. with the other nannies of the neighborhood in order to encourage her to speak, play and interact socially with others. The results on our girl is amazing. Thanks to her special skills and approach to caring for our girl, she’s smart, curious, happy, confident, well mannered and totally fluent in both French and English.
She cooked the most delicious healthy meals for our daughter and our apartment was always spotless as she light cleaned after her.
Didi has a great sense of communication, she respected our personal parenting style but was also confident enough to independently make day to day decisions regarding our girl. We deeply value her extraordinary calm and patience with our child. Our girl absolutely love her, she runs every morning at the door to welcome Didi with excitement, joy and hugs.
She has been such a great contribution to our family and we’re so grateful for all the ways she’s made our life easier!
Please, take note that Didi is fully vaccinated and covid cautious and that she is willing to help as soon as possible.
Feel free to reach out to her first, directly through her phone number 347-907-7639.
I’m also standing ready to sing more her praises. Contact me for further information preferably at gigilene10@gmail.com
Sattie was an absolutely wonderful nanny to our children – she filled our home with love and positivity and treated our children like they were her own. She was with our family until we moved out of the city, around the time our youngest turned 2. She was all of the things that make a nanny great – loving, fun, energetic, dependable, responsible, safety-conscious, kid-focused, and with great communication skills. She was constantly playing with children, teaching them new things, taking them on outings to the library museum, setting up playdates, etc. Her kind and pleasant demeanor was also such a positive influence – we wish she could have stayed with us!!
Trudy is incredibly patient, kind and engaging. She brings a calm energy to the home and the children. Trudy started caring for our youngest child when he was an infant and has been with us for 5 years. She made the transition from 2 to 3 kids manageable. Not only did she give our newborn her focused one on one attention, but she helped keep the house tidy and organized. She has bonded with our youngest over the past 5 years – they have an amazing relationship and she truly gives him her undivided love, affection and attention. She is wonderful and patient with babies and young children. She has made our children feel loved and our homelife feel structed and dependable.
Our beloved nanny Joann is available after having spent over 20 years with us helping to raise our 3 sons. My husband and I were both able to keep working full time because of Joann’s love and care. Our sons are now grown up and out of the house and still adore her. She is an integral part of our family. We have lived throughout that time in Greenwich Village and Joann accompanied the boys through the various phases of their growing up – joining them for classes and taking them to the playground and playdates when they were younger and then ferrying too and from school. appointments and activities as the grew older. She cleaned up after them, did their laundry, and cooked them delicious meals throughout. She is reliable, trustworthy, loving and kind and treated our boys as if they were her own. I recommend her highly.
Dada started working for our family in December of 2021. We had just welcomed our first son, William. I interviewed a lot of nannies (through top agencies) and I didn’t find the right fit. The whole process was very overwhelming as a first time mom. I had a demanding (in office) job and the idea of being away from my son for such a long period of time was daunting. My maternity leave ended and I hadn’t found a nanny I felt comfortable with. Therefore, my mom was helping until we found the right fit. I share this because I had extremely high standards and didn’t find the right person, until Dada.
From the second I met Dada, I knew she was the person for us. I felt an instant connection and sense of trust with her. Dada has 20+ years experience with children and exudes confidence. She walked into our home and immediately knew what to do. She helped me with sleep schedule, feeding and most importantly social and cognitive development. I was able to return to work and knew that my son was receiving exceptional care and with someone who cared deeply for him. They quickly became best friends.
Dada is very savvy and knows how to navigate the city. She finds play dates, parks, classes, libraries, etc. some of our close friends, we found through Dada. She set up play dates with nannies and eventually we got to know the parents and formed a relationship.
Dada understands the importance of reading to children. Every night when I would come home from work, I would find them reading books. My son has developed a strong passion for reading. Again, she is extremely active and engaged in the child’s development.
It’s important to note, that Dada is an amazing cook. She makes delicious, organic and healthy foods for all stages of the children’s development. Nutrition is important to me and it’s important to Dada. She taught my boys how to eat healthy fresh food.
I gave birth again, shortly after William. I eventually stopped working to be home full time and Dada and I divided and conquered with the boys.
Both of my children had an instant connection and love for Dada. My youngest is a strong willed, active and independent baby and now toddler. Dada was the perfect fit for him. Again, she knows how to handle all types of children and help guide them and their behavior. My boys have always listened to Dada, she has a true gift!
Dada is extremely dependable, reliable and professional. She takes her job very seriously and has an amazing work ethic. Safety is always her number one priority. I trust her more than anyone with my children. She is extremely loving, caring and warm. I would often hear her saying good morning my love. She is a true gem and irreplaceable. She has had a profound impact on my boys and me. She helped me in so many ways and ultimately made me a better mother.
My family and I recently moved to CT and although I wish terribly that she could come with us, she has a beautiful family in NJ and needs to be with them and can’t commute to CT. Please reach out to me directly for more information. I could go on and on about our beautiful relationship and experience with Dada. You can also reach out to Dada at 917-971-9308.
Sincerely,
Lauren Lundy

Tashun is an absolute dream of a nanny. She started with my daughter at 6 months old while I was in the throws of terrible postpartum anxiety and she’s supported me through every stage of child rearing including school support as my daughter is now 5. About 2 years ago we decided to temporarily move to LA and I was incredibly stressed about finding new childcare but Tashun was up for an adventure and came to be with us and then moved back to nyc with us last summer when it was time for my daughter to start school. She helped with both moves, countless moments when I was sick and was my absolutely rock through a divorce. She has truly become a member of our family and we are heartbroken to move on but it’s time for a new kid to experience this magic! She currently does afterschool with my daughter and one of the other little girls in her fell in love with Tashun so now she watches them both pretty regularly. My daughter is so attached to her that we still plan on doing adhoc weekend babysitting. Good childcare is priceless for a family so I would wholeheartedly recommend Tashun.
Jill is an outstanding nanny who raised our children from 3 months to 6 years. We absolutely loved her. So did all of our friends and family. Jill is extremely professional. Always on time. She rarely needed a day off. She never talked on the phone while watching our children. She prioritized getting them out of the house and to the park versus stuck inside. We loved that. Jill helped our family through all the children’s milestones. Potty training, tying their shoes, learning how to scooter! She helped identify that my daughter had acid reflux and taught us some tricks to comfort her during that time. Cannot say enough wonderful things. Any family would be lucky to have her.

I am writing to strongly recommend Carolina as a baby nurse/nanny. Carolina lived with our family and cared for our son from birth until six months of age. During that time, she reliably supported our household and provided steady, attentive and loving care to our newborn.
Carolina consistently kept detailed records of our son’s sleep, feeding, and play, which helped us track his routines and development. She sent countless pictures each day of his activities which helped us with missing him while at work. She maintained a predictable daily structure for him and took him on regular walks, ensuring he had a calm, consistent environment. We always felt comfortable knowing he was being well cared for.
As two physicians with demanding schedules, having someone dependable looking after our infant was essential. Carolina fulfilled her role reliably, and we felt confident leaving our son in her care each day. She was also very flexible with changes to our work schedules and open to supporting us however we needed.
Carolina is now seeking a position with a new family, ideally with a newborn with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term nanny role. She would be a wonderful addition to a household looking for consistent, reliable, loving and attentive early infant care.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I am happy to discuss our experience further.
Sincerely,
Kelsey Martin
