As our children have grown, Maria has grown with our family. She has managed the changing routines that come with different ages and stages, including arranging playdates and activities, handling school and bus pick-ups, and
making sure the children are happy, engaged and well cared for. Currently we have 3 kids, aged 8,6 and 3 and she is wonderful at all ages. She is ideally looking for someone with one baby who she can grow with over the years.

She is also a fantastic cook and regularly prepares nutritious, delicious meals for the children from scratch. She has always taken real care over what they eat and has been wonderful at introducing them to different foods and
making healthy meals that they genuinely enjoy.

Perhaps most importantly, Maria is exceptionally reliable and trustworthy. Over eight years, she has become someone we depend on completely. She is responsible, hardworking and consistent, and we have always trusted her implicitly with our children. There is enormous peace of mind in knowing that the person caring for your children will be there when you need them, will make good decisions and will care for them with genuine love and affection, and Maria has always given us that.

She has been a constant, loving and trusted presence in our children’s lives and a hugely important part of our family. Watching the relationship she has developed with our children over the years has been incredibly special.

I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. She would be particularly wonderful for a family with a newborn or young children who is looking for someone experienced, loving, capable and dependable, but her ability to care for
children as they grow makes her an equally wonderful nanny for a family looking for someone for the long term.

Our beloved former nanny of nine years, Anita O’Reilly, is looking for full-time employment. Anita was hard working, conscientious, affectionate, and a true partner in raising our children. She managed both kids’ school and activity schedules, and she easily handled both children at home, out at playgrounds, at indoor facilities when the weather is bad, and getting to and from all of these places. She was always punctual and is a reliable employee.

Most of all, it was a blessing to be able to leave the house every morning knowing that our children would be with someone who will treat them as her own children. My son said all the time that he wanted Anita to stay at our house and spend the night; he thought of her as part of the family and couldn’t understand why she had to go somewhere else once I got home each day. He even coined the term “mommynita” to refer to the two of us. When my husband arrived home before I did, he always commented to me later that evening how happy he was with the way Anita interacted with the kids. Both sets of grandparents made similar comments, as did our neighbors.

We also always felt confident in her care when our daughter was sick. She monitored her carefully, followed our care plan that we discussed, kept us informed about how she was doing, and double checked with us regarding medications and other remedies before administering them. We always felt that she took our daughter’s well-being seriously and exercised good judgment while keeping us involved in decisions about her care.

Most importantly, Cindy has been wonderful with our daughter. She has been a caring, patient, dependable, and positive presence in her life during some of her most formative years.

Norissa has been with us since our son was 6 months old and has been an incredibly loving, playful, and steady presence in his life. He runs to the door as soon as he hears her come in! From our very first interaction, it was clear that she deeply cares for and loves children. Her strong knowledge of child- development, paired with her warmth and playfulness, has encouraged our son through each milestone. She also helped us with several difficult issues, including a strong solids aversion and sleep struggles.
I’ve had the privilege of seeing how she shows up with my son everyday, and she is always fully present and focused on him: playing, singing, talking, reading, and laughing with him. She takes him on daily outings to the park and playground, brings him to classes, and has even helped him find friends in the neighborhood to have playdates with! She’s also been very helpful with meal preparation, organization and maintaining his space.
She is extremely reliable and dependable and has always accommodated our changing schedules or additional hours when needed.
I truly could not recommend Norissa enough, her expertise and care were simply amazing and I know that a new family will be very lucky to work with her.

Adi is the best nanny! She joined us when my son was about 3 months old. He was born super small and had pretty terrible reflux, so it was no easy task for her. She approached everything with him with such care and confidence. As a first time mom returning to work, I felt so comfortable leaving Adi with my son.

As he got older, she was wonderful at finding things to do with him! She is bright and friendly, and always making friends with the other nannys. Our son is always happy with Adi around.

For first time moms in particular, she was perfect. She is experienced and knows how to help when your baby is sick or fussy or teething, etc. I remember the first time my son had a fever, I was so upset. She calmly got him in the tub to cool him down a bit. Her calm demeanor immediately helped to calm our son. I’ll always be thankful she was there to help me learn!

She is very respectful and doesn’t overly insert herself. She is a pleasure to have in the house. Both my husband and I found it very easy to work from home when needed and feel totally at ease.

Sadly, we moved out to Florida and couldn’t take Adi with us. Happy to speak and answer any questions. We want her to find a great new family!

We’re grateful to have had Mayte as our nanny for the past two and a half years, and it’s bittersweet to write this now that our needs are changing with our son starting school full time in September. Mayte has cared for him since he was a baby, guiding him from diapers through potty training, and has been consistently warm, patient, and attentive throughout.

She knows the FiDi, Battery Park, and Tribeca area well (though she is open to other locations, including New Jersey), and keeps a solid daily routine of park time, play gym, and taking him to class. She’s also arranged playdates and birthday parties, so our son has stayed socially engaged.

Mayte is reliable and professional: she cooks for our son, handles his laundry and light cleaning, keeps his toys organized, and sends us photo updates throughout the day. She takes pride in raising our son as if he were her own. We’ve always felt confident he was safe and well cared for.

She speaks Spanish and her English has been steadily improving. It’s never been an issue communicating with her, including for my husband, who doesn’t speak Spanish. And as a result of her Spanish, our son has become genuinely bilingual.

Our wonderful nanny, Nina, is looking for a new family. She has been with us since Max was 6 months, but he is now starting prek3 in the fall and won’t need a caregiver. Our former nanny, Aleia, is looking for full-time employment beginning this fall. We first met Aleia in 2017 when she was working in her first job as a teacher at our older son’s daycare, where her warmth and skill with children immediately impressed us. When we needed childcare for our baby, we knew she would be perfect for our family.

Aleia cared for both of our children since 2020 and was fantastic. She’s energetic, and has a special talent for working with babies and toddlers. Her patience seems endless, and she brings positive energy to our home.

What sets Aleia apart is how engaged she is with children. She’s constantly thinking of new activities, whether it’s trips to the playground, library story time, or playdates at home. She kept us well-informed throughout the day with updates and photos.

Aleia has been reliable and flexible. She rarely took time off, was almost never sick, and was more than willing to accommodate our changing schedules when work demands require it. She’s also open to occasional travel with a family if needed.

We were sad to lose Aleia, but both of our children have reached ages where they no longer need the same level of care. We cannot recommend her highly enough – any family would be lucky to have someone so dedicated, caring, and naturally gifted with children.

Mimi first started with us when our daughter was 5 months old and she immediately became one of the family. She has many years experience and is happy to take my daughter out to new places and has explored many of our local parks and suggested local classes for her to take which have all helped her development greatly.

My daughter was always on top of her milestones and I credit it to Mimi teaching her how to move and play from the time she was small. In addition to taking care of my daughter, she also helps around the house and always cleans up my daughter’s room.

She is always on time and will come early or stay late if we need. She would be the perfect nanny for a newborn and can give them the best head start, teaching them everything from how to climb to how to talk. She will take on whatever activities my daughter wants whether it’s reading books or building with blocks or coloring. She is always recommending things that have worked for her in the past which makes life as a parent so much easier.

On top of all that, she knows how much I love getting pictures and updates from their day together and sends both throughout the day so I always feel included in even though I am working. She is also very friendly with my dog.

She currently works in Forest Hills is available to work in Manhattan/Queens/Brooklyn.

We cannot recommend our wonderful nanny, Francis, highly enough. We were incredibly lucky to have found Francis and she has helped care for our daughter since she was born. Francis has exceeded our expectations in every way and has been an invaluable part of our family and an incredible source of support for us as first-time parents.

With decades of experience, Francis is loving, patient, calm, exceptionally reliable, and genuinely wonderful with children. She is never late, incredibly trustworthy, and brings the kind of warmth and consistency every family hopes to find in a nanny. She takes care of our daughter as though she were her own and that level of trust and care has made our lives immensely easier. Before she joined our family, she worked with another family in our building for six years until both of their children entered kindergarten.

Francis is now looking for a full-time position on the Upper West Side with a family she can grow with long-term. If you are looking for someone who will become a trusted and cherished part of your family—not simply an employee—we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lina is AMAZING. She has been crucial in my child’s development during the half a year she helped to make her blossom. The only reason we are parting with her is because our schedule changed, and we are heartbroken to have to let her go. Our entire family loves Lina. She is caring, thoughtful, mindful, punctual, patient and the list goes on!
