We are happy to refer our amazing nanny Bibi for her next position. Our former nanny Tracy is available now after our baby got off the waitlist at daycare and after a very difficult consideration, we decided to take the spot.

She is a fantastic, professional and loving caregiver, with a lot of experience with babies and children. She has worked in New York for many years – we are based in UES and she knew all the great parks, playgrounds and all things to do for a kid in any weather, and how to keep the child safe. Our wonderful nanny Yvonne is available for a new family. Yvonne has been with us for over a year and quickly found all the best things to do with our daughter in our neighborhood – they are at new parks, playgrounds, and classes every day and she has a great group of nanny friends to arrange playdates with. She takes my daughter to birthday parties, the library, and playdates with friends who have playrooms in their buildings. I feel completely safe knowing my daughter’s in her care. My 2 year old also is very verbal (and counts to 10, alphabet, shapes and colors, etc.) which I think Yvonne has helped with so much. She’s flexible on schedule and stays late when we need. She’s helpful around the house and does my daughter’s laundry, puts away clothes and toys, and empties and loads the dishwasher every day. She was the best we ever hope and ask for. My husband and I were alone in New York we had no family and we were please to have Tonni as part of our family….Tonni help us raise our kids and thanks to her our kids are well behaved, loving very manner. As hard working parents because of our job, we weren’t around our kids as much as we wanted to be. That’s where Tonni stepped in and cared for our children as her own and for that we are vey thankful. Our nanny, Doma, is looking to work for a new family. She has been working with us for 4 years total during which time she took care of my daughter starting 3 months and then my son starting 3 months to 4 years. She is caring, loving, punctual, and responsible. During her time, she took care of my son’s meals, play schedule, school drop-offs and pick-ups for my daughter as well as their laundry, organization and light cleaning of the house. Most importantly, my kids loved playing with her due to her playful nature. She is also flexible and was always accommodative if we were running late from work or if we needed her to stay extra hours.

Another great quality of hers is that she is very patient with kids and naturally has a very calm demeanor even in most chaotic situations which I admired and valued greatly. I knew Doma was special when other mommies in the neighborhood shared with me how good she is. The only reason she stopped working for us is because my son started prek4 so we don’t need her full-time.

Laura is a fantastic caregiver who worked with our family of three kids for over 10 years and I recommend her without hesitation. She’s kind, reliable, smart and hard-working and has a great track record of getting good behavior from kids with warmth and redirection.

She started when our oldest was just two months old and stayed with us until our youngest was 4. During those years, I was always able to go to work outside the home with confidence and ease that my kids were well-cared for.

My favorite thing about Laura as a caregiver is the full attention she gives kids: all my children felt seen and loved in her presence. But she also did so many little things that made them feel special: cooking their favorite chicken dinner, teaching the littlest to ride a bike, doing puzzles after school, planning “special days” for school holidays, discovering cool playgrounds near their activities, supporting each kid’s hobby and always remembering birthdays.

As a boss I greatly appreciated that I never had to micromanage Laura because she knows how to care for children. I never had to ask for daily pictures of the kids, or a bath schedule, or for playdates or for daily outdoor time, because Laura did those things automatically. I regularly came home to a clean house and calm kids. I also enjoyed talking to Laura because she’s smart and observant. I think any family would be lucky to have Laura in their lives and my kids miss her tremendously now that they’re in school full-time.

Mandy was responsible for a variety of task, including preparing meals, organizing educational activities, helping with homework and ensuring the children’s safety at all times. Mandy is warm, reliable, and truly cares about the well- being and development of children. Some qualities that stood out to us include trustworthiness, patience and kindness, creativity and flexibility. Our children loved spending time with Mandy, and we saw positive growth in their confidence and happiness during her time with us. We are writing to unequivocally recommend our extraordinary nanny, Aruna (Rona) Tulsi. Unfortunately, we need to say goodbye because we will be moving out of state; otherwise we would have continued on with her.

Rona has been with our family for the past two years, since our daughter Ellie was four months old, and she has been nothing short of extraordinary. She is responsible, thoughtful, reliable, and deeply loving. She has cared for our daughter Ellie with such warmth, devotion, and attention, as if Ellie were her own. Other nannies and parents in the building have remarked to us that they never see Rona on her phone (except when she’s taking pictures of Ellie to send us) and that she is constantly engaging with Ellie. Thanks to Rona, Ellie has absolutely flourished in every aspect of development.

Before becoming a nanny, Rona spent 20+ years as an early childhood educator, and her experience shows in everything she does. She brings a rich understanding of milestones and development, creative ideas for activities (including creating art activities for Ellie to engage in), and the knowledge and patience to set good, age-appropriate boundaries and behavioral expectations. Her depth of experience allows her to engage with Ellie in joyful and meaningful ways, meeting her where she is while encouraging her to grow and develop.

Ellie is advanced for her age in terms of milestones, and this is due to Rona. Among other things, she helped us transition Ellie to solids, set expectations for cleaning up toys, got her to put her shoes on by herself, learn words and proper names, hold a pencil and write letters, and is now helping us potty train Ellie. As a result, Ellie surpasses all the milestones for her age in terms of motor skills, communication, and social awareness.

She is also remarkably dependable and organized. We have never once worried about Ellie’s safety or well-being when she’s with Rona. She communicates clearly and regularly, and takes initiative in managing the day. We trust her completely.

Finding someone you can entrust your child to is no small thing. Rona has been one of the greatest gifts to our family. We can’t recommend her highly enough, and we would be more than happy to speak with anyone who is considering bringing her into their home.

Dato was with our family for 3 years from the time our oldest was 3 months old and seamlessly helped us transition to 2 kids. She lovingly cared for both our boys as if they were her own. She is incredibly nurturing – always smiling, in good spirits, playful, singing songs to the boys. Dato handled all feeding/meals from formula to solids to regular meals. She always had healthy snacks packed on the go. She is extremely clean – keeping the boys and the house immaculate.
