E’Alsha was a nanny for a little over 9 years. She is CPR and First Aid certified and has prior experience as a baby nurse. She is vaccinated, boosted and Covid cautious. From the beginning, she has taken an active interest in helping our sons grow and learn. She is always suggesting classes, engaging with other nannies at the playground so our sons could have play dates with other kids and teaching our sons basic learning and development skills for their age. She’s always on the go, rain or shine, even when our sons were infants, she’s always coming up with creative ideas to keep our boys entertained. Vicky was with us for 15 years. She has been with us since our oldest was 9months old, and she is truly a blessing! We have 3 daughters, all who refer to her as “mama Vicky” She is kind, caring, patient, always on time, and is just the best nanny there is. We have worked with our wonderful nanny Lupe for the past three years and we wholeheartedly recommend her for a full time nanny position as our family needs have changed.
Lupe is an incredibly attentive, kind, and loving person. She is reliable, punctual, and hard working. We first met her in January of 2023 when our daughter was about four months old and she helped me transition back to work and managed pumped breastmilk. Antoinette was our baby nurse / newborn care specialist for 14 weeks after our son (third child) was born. She was excellent and made my postpartum period so much easier. She cares for all things baby related – circumcision care, supported my breast feeding, bottle and breast pump washing, got our baby sleep trained very quickly (sleeping through the night by about 10 weeks), maintained baby’s hygiene, fixing his cradle cap, etc. Did his laundry, kept his things organized, alerting us when we needed to order something, pulled out age appropriate toys, did tummy time, helped him learn to roll over, etc.
In addition she was great with my 2 year old and 4 year old, letting them feel involved in the process of caring for the baby. She truly felt like family by the end of the 14 weeks. She came referred to us by another family friend, she has about 6+ years of experience in this role and many great references. I am happy to be a reference or speak to anyone considering hiring her.

Aurelie has been our 19 month old toddler twins’ part time nanny since they were newborns. Without hesitation I highly recommend Aurelie as a nanny to any family. From the very first meeting, she made our family feel completely comfortable and at ease. A keen observer, Aurelie quickly picked up on our twins’ routines and how we managed our home environment. From how we organized the toys to understanding the kids needs, Aurelie is very proactive and often does things before we even think to ask her.
Taking care twins can be a handful, and never once in the past couple years have we seen her overwhelmed by our kids. She even takes them out to the park and playgrounds by herself, which is no small task. One of many things that we appreciate about Aurelie is her dedication to being fully present. She doesn’t use her phone in front of the kids and instead fills their days with songs, reading, and creative play. She quickly became a trusted friend to the children, making each day joyful and enriching. The kids are often reluctant to see her go at the end of the day.
Additionally, Aurelie speaks French, which has been a wonderful bonus for our children’s language exposure. Her patience, energy, and genuine affection makes her an incomparable nanny. Our nanny Ann is looking for a new job starting in September. She has been with us since 2018 and cared for both of my sons.
She is warm, responsible, flexible and a great communicator, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her all these years. We are devastated that it’s time to move on! Our sons adores her and at every stage, she’s known how to manage them- she was a calming presence when they were infants and became their play buddy when they became toddlers.

Our nanny Silvia will become available this summer (mid-July) and is looking for a full-time job. Silvia has worked as our daughter’s full time nanny for the past year and a half. We no longer need full time help, so unfortunately are parting ways with our wonderful nanny, Hermi. She has worked with us for 3 months, but has quickly made an impression and easily got a handle on our 9 month old\’s routine and needs. She is so sweet and loving with our baby, she sings and dances, is energetic, engaging, cautious, and protective while out and about – you will never have to worry about your baby\’s safety while in her care. Our baby absolutely lights up when she arrives for the day and tries to follow her out the door when she leaves. I always hear them laughing and playing in the other room and it\’s been so sweet to see their bond grow, even in this short amount of time that she has worked with us. Hermi is great with babies, caring, and eager to please, and she always leaves our home neater than when she found it. She has handled everything from taking our daughter to classes and playdates, coaching me through starting solids, shopping for and making our daughter\’s food, doing our daughter\’s laundry, and alerting me to things that need attention. Liliana cared for our baby Noah who is now 16 months old for 7 months until he started daycare and she was absolutely exceptional. We didn\’t want him to start daycare when he was 5 months so Liliana was a big help for us during those months until her turned 1. She is so dependable, warm, and has such a calming presence, Noah adores her. She helped him progress with sitting and crawling. She spent a lot of time singing and reading to him. Even now once in a while when she has time she helps on a weekend or evening to take care of Noah and he loves loves loves her.
My husband and I would have loved to continue with Liliana but Noah had been admitted after waiting a year to a very selective daycare. Deferring admission would have moved us to back of the wait list.
While caring for him, Liliana prepared all his food, kept everything related to him clean and organized. She also helped with light tidying around the apartment. She mostly speaks Spanish but understands some English. I don\’t speak Spanish but I was able to communicate with her using basic English and when that was not enough using one of the many instant translation apps there are. My husband speaks Spanish but he was always at work so I interacted with her 95% of the time with no issues. I even got to learn some Spanish which was a big plus for me.
We were so grateful to find her when we were desperate for a nanny and she was able to find another family after Noah for a few months but now that baby is also starting daycare so she is looking for another family. We recommended her to them and they are absolutely happy but also sad that their baby has to start daycare and can\’t be cared by Liliana anymore. I know that family would be more than happy to provide a second amazing recommendation of Liliana also.
Our wonderful nanny, Sherry who’s been with our family since our daughter, Harriet was four months old, will be available starting April 2026.
We are going to miss Sherry enormously! She has helped our Harriet develop beautifully within a loving, calm, enthusiastic social environment, treating our family (and dog!) like her own. She is reliable, professional, and has an uncanny ability to understand and entertain little ones that seems to come easily to her that’s amazing to witness.
