As my little one starts school this fall, I wanted to share a wholehearted Our incredible nanny, Kaela, will be available for a full-time position starting in August or September.
Kaela has been with us since my son was just two months old, and over the past few years she has become an irreplaceable part of our family. She supported us through some very challenging moments, including two surgeries during his first year, and her calm, nurturing presence during his recovery made all the difference.
The bond she shares with our son is truly special. He has thrived under her care, happy, confident, and so well loved. Neighbours in NoHo often stop us to comment on how wonderful she is with him. Kaela is warm, intuitive, and deeply engaged. She is also extremely skilled at helping children meet developmental milestones, while ensuring they stay on a schedule that works for the family.
Dependable and flexible, Kaela handles both routine and the unexpected with ease. She takes initiative, follows instructions thoughtfully, and has been remarkable at adapting when unforeseen events shift our schedule. She has also been amazing with our very energetic Vizsla (no small feat!), and fully embraces our outdoorsy lifestyle.
She’s been the perfect addition to our family, and I know she would be to yours.
We highly recommend our nanny, Arlene, who has been with us since our son was 3 months old. She’s reliable, always on time, and brings a fun, attentive energy that our son absolutely loved.
She has strong experience with both infants and toddlers and was a consistent, caring presence throughout our son’s early years. Taught us a lot!
She always found the best classes / fun events to attend and kept us updated with lots of pictures.
We are transitioning because our son is starting a 2K/3K program — otherwise, we would have happily kept her on.
She is available to work across the boroughs starting September 1st. A great fit for any family seeking dependable and engaging childcare for one or more children.
Please contact her on t: 347-779-6314
We recently said goodbye to our beloved nanny, Nadine, as we moved, and we’re still hoping to help her find the amazing family she deserves. She has experience working with all age groups.
Nadine is so much more than a nanny-she’s loving, proactive, and incredibly skilled at fostering a child’s growth.
She helped raise our daughter into a confident, bilingual (French/English) little girl, all while filling her days with adventure, learning, joy., and lots of outdoor time.
She sets thoughtful boundaries with patience, cooks incredible meals, and brings warmth and structure into the home. Any family would be lucky to have her—we know we were
We’re moving out of nyc and unfortunately have to part ways with our amazing nanny. Looking to help find her next family. She has been truly instrumental in providing care for our daughter and became an integral part of our family. She is very punctual and never cancelled on us. She’s great with all kid related activities including a very creative cook, a very effective feeder, keep the kid engaged in physical, reading, playtime, bathing etc. Most importantly, she is very loving and caring towards our daughter. All in all, she is the best nanny we’ve had and we’ll miss her presence a lot. If you’re interested in talking to her, please reach out to her at (914) 486-6146.
Our wonderful nanny Nicole is looking for her next family to love and support. Nicole has been with our family for two years, and we are now moving away and have to say goodbye. Nicole is professional, reliable, loving, experienced, and wise. She has a calm vibe and is easy to be around. She combines firm and effective boundaries with a silly playfulness that has made our children adore her. In addition to caring for our children (now ages 2 and 5), Nicole helps with their laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and preparing meals for the children. She is a good communicator, flexible with tasks, and was willing to do the needful. Nicole taught our kids independence and routines, and delighted in facilitating playdates. She is comfortable with a wide range of ages from infant through elementary. She kept our youngest safe from injury despite his adventurous tendencies, and helped teach our older child to read and write. Friends who observed Nicole with our children at the park frequently commented on how great she is with the kids. She would be a valuable addition to any household. For us, she was a tremendous source of stability, support, fun, and love.
My daughter’s wonderful nanny with 20 years of experience has just become available. Michelle will be an asset to any family. We will miss her dearly. She is available Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island.
Our nanny Silvia will become available in mid August and is looking for a full-time job. Silvia has worked as our daughter’s full time nanny for the past year and a half. Silvia is kind-hearted, patient and experienced. She is trustworthy and shows up on time. She arranges playdates for our daughter and transports her to and from her various activities. Silvia sends us texts and photos during the day so that we know our daughter has arrived safely at her activities. Our daughter is now 7 years old and has matured significantly over the time Silvia has been with us. Our daughter is much more independent and knows how to respect and follow rules. Silvia has completed child/infant CPR class and completed nanny training workshops at Cornell University Workers Institute.
We met Luz through Mommybites, and from the very first interview, she completely blew us away. We knew immediately that she would be an amazing caregiver for our daughter. Luz began her journey with our family as part of a nanny share, simultaneously caring for our five-month-old daughter and another family’s baby of the same age. She made it look effortless, seamlessly managing both infants with warmth, expertise, and care.
Luz is incredibly attentive, always proactively seeking opportunities to enrich our daughter’s days. She consistently introduces new experiences, activities, and educational moments, demonstrating a deep understanding of child development. With years of childcare experience, Luz instinctively knows how to handle any situation calmly and effectively, ensuring our daughter always feels secure, engaged, and loved.
When the other family moved away, we continued having Luz care for our daughter alone, and their bond has only grown deeper and more beautiful. Luz has truly cultivated a wonderful relationship with our daughter, who absolutely adores her. It is clear Luz views caregiving not just as a job, but as a genuine calling. Her warmth, patience, and dedication have made her feel like an integral part of our family.
As we prepare to move at the end of September, we often joke about wanting to take Luz with us—and honestly, we would if we could. She has been such an invaluable presence in our lives, shaping our daughter’s earliest years in the most positive way imaginable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Luz and are certain that any family she works with next will quickly see just how special she truly is.
Note: Luz is available for Brooklyn, Queens and Western Long Island.
I am pleased to write this letter in strong support of Dianne Gopee for a nanny position. What began as a chance encounter at a playground grew into our most valued working relationship for our family. Starting out with our two young children, Dianne had to multitask and manage difficult situations ranging from child sickness to varying school schedules, all which she handled with skill and grace.
As our children got older, Dianne’s role evolved and developed into what could be described as a House Manager. The kids’ schedules became more complicated with sports, school and tutoring and Dianne took on more responsibility with food shopping, cooking and cleaning and continued to demonstrate immense reliability and strong work ethic.
I have witnessed firsthand Dianne’s dedication and professionalism. Others have too, frequently other families would approach her to work for them and lamented the fact that they could not find someone who measured up to Dianne’s caring, kindness and enthusiasm.
Dianne has consistently demonstrated quick problem-solving and attention to detail. Regardless of the situation her thoughtfulness and personable nature puts everyone around her at ease. I have no doubt that Dianne will contribute greatly to any family, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need anything further.
The Kojak family highly recommends Tonni, she saved us and we are forever grateful…
This young lady haves what it takes caring for children, she is very passionate about her job. Tonni is our Mary Poppins. We literally didn’t know anything about caring for children, we were taught everything as simple as diapers changing, tips about breastfeeding, bathing, etc…
She took my kids everywhere and I trust her with them…My children adore her and so do we.
We are looking for an amazing family for her. Our lost is your gain.
Trust me you wouldn’t regret it.
Please reach out to me for more information.
Thanks.
AMAZING NANNY AVAILABLE
Tasi was with us since my daughter was 6mos (she’s now 3.5). She is in her mid 50s and very active! She is loving, attentive, playful. She was never on her phone around my daughter. She cooked fresh meals 3x a day, cares about what friends are a good fit for playdates, and paid attention to my daughter’s interests. She also helped around the house during nap time (light tidying etc.). I paid her 28/hr and award vacation, sick days etc. she would prefer one child but is open to more. She also has a preference for a four day week but will work full time. Tasi has helped my daughter become a confident, highly verbal, and polite toddler. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! I’m hoping to find her a new employer that will appreciate how committed a caregiver she is. Tasi can be contacted on 646-961-9714. I can be contacted for a reference on (Nisa: 612-323-2486).
Michelle is a wonderful nanny to my 4 year old daughter. She has been with us since my daughter was 1, we are relocating out of state unfortunately Michelle is unable to join us. Michelle has over 20 years of experience and is loving and caring. She has been a rock to our small family, the next family is lucky to have her. We will miss her dearly.
Sad to part ways with our wonderful Nanny, Beni. She’s been with us ~2 yrs and has 10+ yrs nanny experience, confidently cares for our 2 kids. Her bond with our toddler grew quickly, always shared stories w us. She gets excited about our daughter’s new skills, and taught our son to be more independent – taking off shoes & jacket, cleanup, etc. – while juggling our fussy baby daughter. Both kids are picky eaters, but Beni always makes sure they’re well-fed, improvising often. Suggests things to help them develop – puzzles, crafts, etc., gets them to the park, facilitates play dates, and does tons of arts/crafts projects at home.
Strikes a perfect balance between fun/playful, a friend, yet a guide & authority figure. Always calm with our toddler during a meltdown – while taking care of the baby too. Beni is fastidious, thorough, schedule-oriented, and makes sure there is little ambiguity in the day’s plan – and most importantly, our kids love her. Any family will be lucky to have her!
Our nanny Ann is looking for a new job starting in September. She has been with us since 2018 and cared for both of my sons.
She is warm, responsible, flexible and a great communicator, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her all these years. We are devastated that it’s time to move on! Our sons adores her and at every stage, she’s known how to manage them- she was a calming presence when they were infants and became their play buddy when they became toddlers.
Her preference is to work with newborns/infants, hopefully growing with the family and she is only looking for full-time roles.
Our wonderful former nanny, Yvonne Brissett, is looking for her next long-term family. Yvonne was a true partner to my husband and me in raising our child. She made it possible for us to balance demanding careers with parenting—giving us total peace of mind that our little one was safe, happy, and thriving.
From day one, Yvonne made our child her top priority. She became deeply attuned to their needs and encouraged independence, curiosity, and learning. She celebrated milestones, engaged in real (not baby talk) conversations, and created a joyful, loving environment.
Beyond her exceptional care, Yvonne was a joy to have in our home. She’s energetic, funny, and professional. She traveled with us frequently—both with our child and when we needed care while traveling solo.
A few additional highlights:
20+ years of experience as a career nanny, with a background in hospitality—she’s warm, polished, and communicative
Extremely reliable and punctual—critical for us with our long and often unpredictable work hours
Flexible and accommodating—always willing to stay late or adjust plans on short notice
Goes above and beyond on household tasks—handled all child-related chores and more (dishes, tidying, grocery runs, tracking supplies like diapers and wipes)
Development-focused—suggested toys and activities to support learning, read regularly with our child, and encouraged language development from an early stage
An excellent communicator with family and community—kept grandparents updated with photos and FaceTimes, and built friendly relationships with others in our daily life like our housekeeper and doormen
Yvonne is hoping to find a loving, long-term family. Please feel free to reach out to her directly—or I’m happy to answer any questions or chat further about our experience.
We no longer need full time help, so unfortunately are parting ways with our wonderful nanny, Hermi. She has worked with us for 3 months, but has quickly made an impression and easily got a handle on our 9 month old\’s routine and needs. She is so sweet and loving with our baby, she sings and dances, is energetic, engaging, cautious, and protective while out and about – you will never have to worry about your baby\’s safety while in her care. Our baby absolutely lights up when she arrives for the day and tries to follow her out the door when she leaves. I always hear them laughing and playing in the other room and it\’s been so sweet to see their bond grow, even in this short amount of time that she has worked with us. Hermi is great with babies, caring, and eager to please, and she always leaves our home neater than when she found it. She has handled everything from taking our daughter to classes and playdates, coaching me through starting solids, shopping for and making our daughter\’s food, doing our daughter\’s laundry, and alerting me to things that need attention. I would love to find her a great family to work with. She is based in Jersey City but commutes to us in Manhattan, so she is open to a variety of locations. Please reach out to me if you have any questions, or feel free to get in touch with her directly.
Pema is an incredible asset to any family. She radiates warmth with a bright smile and calm demeanor that immediately resonated with our daughter. Pema is fun, imaginative, highly communicative and organized and she manages to balance soft kindness with firmness and structure. Pema and our daughter are always having fun together, constantly playing, giggling and truly enjoying one another\’s company. We were particularly impressed with Pema\’s proactivity in organizing our daughter\’s schedule, arranging play dates, trips to art galleries or museums, she has a finger on the pulse of new and interesting spaces for kids and is always befriending other nannies within our community and making new connections. Pema is an exceptional communicator, she sends daily picture updates of what they\’ve been up to. Our daughter arrives home each evening in a wonderful mood. Pema is also a safe and confident driver, which we found very helpful in taking the children to various activities, and school pick up. Pema is incredibly trustworthy and as a mother herself she\’s sensitive, loving and deeply adores children. Pema came highly recommended through friends of ours and has been a joy to work with for the past 12 months, sadly with Kindergarten beginning in the fall, we have to now say goodbye. Pema has been an undeniable asset to our family and we know she will be to yours. We feel strongly about helping her find another wonderful, loving family and are happy to chat anytime to answer any additional questions. She\’s looking for a full time role to commence immediately.

Tshering is a gem of a nanny – the kind parents come up to you at the playground to tell you how great she is! We wanted to find a nanny that was not only reliable and trustworthy, but also incredibly playful, engaging, resourceful, intelligent, and kind – and we found all that and more in Tshering. She’s joyful and engaging with children, engaging them constantly throughout the day with fun chatter and conversations, silly games, made up activities from every day items, and adventures out of the house to the playground or classes. She’s empathetic and kind with babies and toddlers especially, helping them through frustrations, getting them to play safely and thoughtfully with other kids, and adjusting her approach based on their needs. She’s also so educational with them, teaching our kids letters and numbers in multiple languages much earlier than I thought possible! She’s a true parenting partner, endlessly helpful and thoughtful in supporting our family’s needs (from tidying to meal prep to kid organization to activities) but most notably in truly sharing in love for the children to nurture them and help them grow.
We’ve worked with Tshering for 4.5 years full-time and we’d love for her to find a wonderful new family. She’s available 3 days/week (she’s working with a former family 2 days/week but is flexible on what days), ideally hours 8-4 or 9-5 in Manhattan and Queens. We couldn’t recommend her more!
We couldn’t list all the reasons we love our nanny Angie. She’s been with us 2+ years caring for our now 5 and 3-year-olds. Angie has become part of our family and things have really been effortless having her around. As full time working parents, coming home to happy & fed toddlers and a tidy home has helped alot.
With 25+ years of experience, every family has glowing things to say about her, including ours. She’s never called out sick, always on time, and keeps our kids safe, happy, fed and entertained. She does arts and crafts, daily outings to the playground/library/museum, organizes playdates, and reads with them. She keeps the house and play areas spotless and handles all the kids’ laundry. Angie truly has the magic touch. Our younger son had refused bottles early on, but she able to work her magic with feeding and putting them down for naps. Even today, she’s the only one who is able to put our 3 year old down for nap (without crying and screaming).
Angie mainly speaks Spanish, and both our kids are now bilingual.
Starting Sept 1, she’s seeking a full-time, live-out role (ideally 8am–5pm with flexibility). She’s experienced with newborns, infants, and toddlers, and prefers a family with 1–2 kids. We’re so sad to part ways, but her next family will be incredibly lucky!
