Savan is a loving, trustworthy nanny with over 20 years of experience. Savan worked with our family for 3 years. She started with us when our daughter was a newborn and then cared for our son as well when he was born 1 ½ years later. The only reason she is not still with us is because we moved away from NY. She is the kindest, most loving, caring person. She is reliable, responsible, flexible and independent. With her help we were able to establish a stable feeding, sleeping and activity schedule. She is very active with the kids, always takes them out to playdates, playground, classes, nature walks or plays with their toys and books. She is a very experienced nanny who has worked with four long-term families. Savan will bring an abundance of experience, professionalism and love to her next family.
Ernie has been with our family for more than a decade, helping to raise our two kids from when they were in diapers to middle school and high school. She’s been essential for managing a household with two working parents—cooking dinner, doing laundry, and cleaning. She’s hard-working and flexible, willing to come in early or stay late. She’s incredibly patient and nurturing, committed to instilling great values in the kids she takes care of, and always reliable. She organizes playdates and helps them with their homework. She’s become a part of our family, attending graduations and school performances. Before she worked with us, she was with another family for years as well. We could not recommend her more highly.
Jo Segarra has been the reason my husband and I have been able to maintain our full time careers while knowing our daughter was in amazing hands. She is kind, patient, reliable, flexible, and creative. She is always sitting on the floor playing with our daughter, coming up with new songs, making sure she is safe, and enriching our daughter’s life/learning. She will be sorely missed by our family and is looking to find a new long-term commitment to another family. We worked with Jo for 1.5 years and she cared for our daughter starting when she was only 4 months old! Her strengths lie in her reliability (never showed up late to work), flexibility (was able to navigate the tough hours of a double physician household), and respectfulness (never overstepped her boundaries and always followed our instructions). She is a good-hearted, hard-working person!
Frances has been with our family for nearly two years and has truly become part of our lives. With over 25 years of childcare experience and as a mother of two, she’s warm, trustworthy, clean, and incredibly reliable. I’ve always felt completely confident leaving my daughter in her care. Frances helped us build a consistent routine and brings creativity and thoughtfulness to every day—always planning fun, engaging activities like park visits, classes, crafts, and story time. She’s nurtured a real love of books and learning in our daughter, who is always thrilled to see her. Frances encourages healthy eating, positive habits, and educational play. They spend most days exploring the city at parks, libraries, or local classes. She is fully present and attentive—not on her phone—and still communicates with me throughout the day as needed. Frances is more than a caregiver; she’s become a member of our family, and we truly adore her.
Our amazing nanny, Rachel, will be available for a part-time position in the mornings, starting in September. She’s based in Crown Heights and can commute within Brooklyn or to Manhattan.
We’ve employed Rachel in a nanny share for the past 18 months, starting when the kids were 8 months old. She is warm, calm, patient, and handles two strong-willed toddlers with grace and humor. She’s supported our families through major milestones from introducing solids to nap schedules to walking.
Rachel is highly experienced and she is reliable, punctual, and communicative. She has a great network of nanny friends which has meant built-in playdates for our kids and fun outings to parks, libraries, and more. Our kids absolutely love her and we trust her completely. As both families transition to 2’s programs this fall, Rachel is continuing with us for afternoon care and is now seeking a morning position. Any family would be lucky to have her!
Since early September 2024, Crystal has been taking care of our two daughters who are 2 and 5. During the school year Crystal was with our 2 year old for most of the day but would also pick up our 5 year old after Pre-K. Although Crystal has been with us only a year, it feels like longer because she has become a part of our family. Crystal has a background in early childhood education and is a caring, responsible caregiver to our daughters. She takes our younger daughter on outings every day to places like children’s museums, story time at local libraries, neighborhood parks, and playgrounds. Crystal is always on time, rarely takes a day off, and is a trusted part of our family life.
Michelle is a wonderful nanny to my 4 year old daughter. She has been with us since my daughter was 1, we are relocating out of state unfortunately Michelle is unable to join us. Michelle has over 20 years of experience and is loving and caring. She has been a rock to our small family, the next family is lucky to have her. We will miss her dearly.
Our nanny Triph is looking for work with newborn to elementary school-aged kids starting in August. Triph has been working with us for 22 years. She is extremely reliable, always shows up on time, and managed my three children all by herself.
Over the years, we have gotten to know Triph very well. She goes beyond her job description. Triph truly cares for my children and enjoys spending time with them. For years I have been coming home to them all around the dinner table laughing. Triph is a kind person who loves to make friends with other kids and their nannies and organize trips around the city.
Triph has also been working with another family part time for over six years, and she takes care of everything from school pick-ups and drop-offs to cooking, helping with homework, and all the little things in between. This family shared that Triph’s “punctuality, loving nature, extreme patience, and overall thoughtfulness have made her an invaluable part of our daily lives.”
I provide my highest recommendation for Jenny Joseph, our exceptional caregiver for 14 years. She started when my first son was born and hasn’t missed a single day of work. Jenny demonstrates remarkable dedication, reliability, and genuine love for children. She creates nurturing, safe environments essential to children’s development. She possesses excellent judgment, maintains clear communication, and handles situations with calm professionalism. Beyond childcare, meal prep, and household management, she brings warmth, creativity, and natural ability to connect with all ages. She became beloved by our children’s elementary school parents and administration. Her departure is solely due to our children aging out of full-time care (now entering middle/high school). She worked 10+ years with her prior family. She can start immediately as our children are in summer camp. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
Sad to part ways with our wonderful Nanny, Beni. She’s been with us ~2 yrs and has 10+ yrs nanny experience, confidently cares for our 2 kids. Her bond with our toddler grew quickly, always shared stories w us. She gets excited about our daughter’s new skills, and taught our son to be more independent – taking off shoes & jacket, cleanup, etc. – while juggling our fussy baby daughter. Both kids are picky eaters, but Beni always makes sure they’re well-fed, improvising often. Suggests things to help them develop – puzzles, crafts, etc., gets them to the park, facilitates play dates, and does tons of arts/crafts projects at home.
Strikes a perfect balance between fun/playful, a friend, yet a guide & authority figure. Always calm with our toddler during a meltdown – while taking care of the baby too. Beni is fastidious, thorough, schedule-oriented, and makes sure there is little ambiguity in the day’s plan – and most importantly, our kids love her. Any family will be lucky to have her!
Our family is very sad to say goodbye to Yenny, our wonderful nanny, but we no longer need full-time coverage due to our family’s relocation. Yenny cared for our 1.5-year-old daughter and 3.5-year-old son for the past six months, and she has been a gentle, caring presence in our home. She is originally from Peru and was delighted to patiently teach our kids Spanish, with remarkable success. She was diligent about all our children’s needs: preparing and serving nutritious meals, playing with them in the park, reading to them, doing evening bathtime, tidying up, doing their laundry, and, on occasion when needed, putting them to bed. She is active, friendly, flexible, and easy to be around. She never relied on screen time to keep our children occupied, even on the busiest of days. Yenny is deeply caring — she went out of her way to give extra attention to our elderly dog! We hope Yenny finds a friendly, loving family who will appreciate her as much as we do and have.
Our nanny Ann is looking for a new job starting in September. She has been with us since 2018 and cared for both of my sons.
She is warm, responsible, flexible and a great communicator, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her all these years. We are devastated that it’s time to move on! Our sons adores her and at every stage, she’s known how to manage them- she was a calming presence when they were infants and became their play buddy when they became toddlers.
Her preference is to work with newborns/infants, hopefully growing with the family and she is only looking for full-time roles.
Experienced, reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working nanny available full time!
Taira joined us when my daughter was a newborn. The level of love and care Taira brought to my daughter was a true gift. As our daughter grew, so did Taira’s love and care.
Taira always made sure she was well dressed (and ironed!), well fed, well engaged and hitting all of her milestones. She always said our daughter was her granddaughter and we felt that! As first time parents away at work for long hours, we were so very lucky to know our baby was laughing, smiling and learning in such warm and loving hands.
Never late, always dependable, Taira is a gem and takes great pride in what she does which showed every day.
Our family’s needs have changed so Taira is looking to join a new family in July. But she will always remain a part of our lives.
Please reach out to me for any questions. We want to ensure Taira finds a family as special as she is.

We love working with Fely! She is loving, thoughtful, patient, and has taken excellent care of our two kids, ages 4 and 2. She keeps them engaged with lots of creative art activities, play dates, and outings. She has an incredible network of nannies; our kids get tons of social interaction through her and we have made friends too!
With 15 years of experience, Fely is comfortable with all stages. She has helped us potty train, transition naps, and address difficult behaviors. She makes healthy lunches and snacks and ensures our kids eat and sleep on schedule. She cleans up after their play, washes their dishes, and folds their laundry. She goes above and beyond by washing our dishes and tidying up.
Fely is a native Spanish speaker and speaks primarily Spanish to the kids, but her English is excellent too. We have had easy communication with her. Her hours are somewhat flexible, but she is most available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. She is available for date nights too.
Jess has been a wonderful addition to our family since February of 2025, looking after our two boys ages 2 and 5. She brings a kind, calm, caring, and sweet energy to work each day. She is dependable, reliable, and extremely responsible with our boys, and is able to work with their varying needs, preferences, and schedules. She has developed a particularly loving and warm bond with our 2 year old, whom she primarily cares for each day.
Due to our relocation outside of NYC, we are hoping to find Jess a future longterm family in Manhattan or Brooklyn. She will be available to work with a new family in late August or early September, and is hoping to care for one or two children. You can reach her directly at (347) 938-6886, and I am happy to also serve as a reference. We have been very glad and lucky to have her, and hope to share her with a new family soon!
Katarina has been with us since the birth of our daughter in early COVID. Our son was 2. From day one, Katarina demonstrated her skill in managing the needs of two young children amid difficult, shifting circumstances with calm, confidence, and care. She accommodated every request and has been a rock-solid presence in our lives ever since. She brings many years of nannying experience and it shows. She has a strong grasp of development across ages and approaches her work with pride and a can-do attitude. She is very flexible to cover weekends when out of town, date nights, or unexpected changes. She has a genuine love for our children that shines through. She noticed our son’s love for math and bought the next few years of math workbooks; she fosters our daughter’s love for art by drawing alongside her. She plans visits to the zoo or small hikes and was great with our family dog. We are sad to say goodbye after 4.5 years, but with both kids in elementary school, our needs have changed.
Kay is a caring, loving, joyful, compassionate caregiver. I could not have dreamt up someone better for my children to grow up with. They now 9 and 7 are thriving socially and in school and I know Kay has been a huge part of this.
Kay is extremely professional and reliable and takes pride in her role as a caregiver. She has been five minutes early every weekday for nine years. My husband and I both travel for work and she is flexible with coming early and staying late when we need her. She is also great with dogs!
Kay was resourceful with finding activities for the kids when they were younger and setting up playdates. They are still friends with many of these neighborhood kids that they met through Kay when they were babies. Now that they have more organized activities she will shuttle them wherever they need to go.
Kay will stay with us until she finds the right fit for her next family and will be flexible to interview.
Truly a gem for any family!
Our nanny Silvia will become available this summer (mid-July) and is looking for a full-time job. Silvia has worked as our daughter’s full time nanny for the past year and a half. Silvia is kind-hearted, patient and experienced. She is trustworthy and shows up on time. She arranges playdates for our daughter and transports her to and from her various activities. Silvia sends us texts and photos during the day so that we know our daughter has arrived safely at her activities. Our daughter is now 7 years old and has matured significantly over the time Silvia has been with us. Our daughter is much more independent and knows how to respect and follow rules. Silvia has completed child/infant CPR class and completed nanny training workshops at Cornell University Workers Institute.
Anne has worked with our family as a nanny since our child was 3 months old—he is now almost 3. We no longer need a full-time nanny, but parting with Anne is difficult because she has exceeded every expectation. Anne has 12 years of experience, speaks fluent English, is a phenomenal cook, and excels at organizing playdates. She has truly become part of our family. She is especially skilled with babies under 1 and hopes to work with a family in that stage. One of Anne’s most valuable traits is her deep knowledge of child development—her insights helped us pursue early intervention for our son at 18 months, which made a huge difference. She brings warmth, structure, and a deep sense of responsibility. Anne is attentive, loving, and truly gifted with children. We recommend her wholeheartedly to any family seeking not just a nanny but a true partner in raising their child. You can contact Anne directly by texting her at her phone number.
