I would often arrive home to find Sophie studying flash cards with the kids, playing catch, teaching Ava how to bake or doing something else to keep them engaged and learning.
Sophie also has excellent communication skills. She always maintained open and honest communication with us, regularly providing updates on Jack and Avaās activities, progress, friendships and any concerns that arose. We always valued her insight and knew that she genuinely had our childrenās best interests at heart.

Our former nanny, Latoya, is looking for a new full-time family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Latoya was with our family for six years, starting when our oldest daughter was 2 and our second daughter was about to be born. She ultimately cared for all three of our children, including our youngest son from infancy.
Latoya is smart, kind, loving, hardworking, incredibly even-keeled, and simply an upstanding human being. She loved and cared for our children as if they were her own, and we always had 100% confidence that they were safe and well cared for with her.
