Hi Everyone!
Our wonderful nanny, Nina, is looking for a new family. She has been with us since Max was 6 months, but he is now starting prek3 in the fall and won’t need a caregiver. Nina has a son the same age as Max and from day 1 has taught me a lot about how to be a mom, I was so relieved to have had her help! Nina is Spanish speaking and our son now seems to be pretty proficient in the language! Nina is always on time, she makes breakfast & lunch, does cleaning, and takes Max out all day! We are going to miss her tons!!
She will be available full time starting September 15th.
Feel free to message me for any additional information. You can also message her directly at 347-827-6453
Our former nanny, Aleia, is looking for full-time employment beginning this fall. We first met Aleia in 2017 when she was working in her first job as a teacher at our older son’s daycare, where her warmth and skill with children immediately impressed us. When we needed childcare for our baby, we knew she would be perfect for our family.
Aleia cared for both of our children since 2020 and was fantastic. She’s energetic, and has a special talent for working with babies and toddlers. Her patience seems endless, and she brings positive energy to our home.
What sets Aleia apart is how engaged she is with children. She’s constantly thinking of new activities, whether it’s trips to the playground, library story time, or playdates at home. She kept us well-informed throughout the day with updates and photos.
Aleia has been reliable and flexible. She rarely took time off, was almost never sick, and was more than willing to accommodate our changing schedules when work demands require it. She’s also open to occasional travel with a family if needed.
We were sad to lose Aleia, but both of our children have reached ages where they no longer need the same level of care. We cannot recommend her highly enough – any family would be lucky to have someone so dedicated, caring, and naturally gifted with children.
Mimi first started with us when our daughter was 5 months old and she immediately became one of the family. She has many years experience and is happy to take my daughter out to new places and has explored many of our local parks and suggested local classes for her to take which have all helped her development greatly.
My daughter was always on top of her milestones and I credit it to Mimi teaching her how to move and play from the time she was small. In addition to taking care of my daughter, she also helps around the house and always cleans up my daughter’s room.
She is always on time and will come early or stay late if we need. She would be the perfect nanny for a newborn and can give them the best head start, teaching them everything from how to climb to how to talk. She will take on whatever activities my daughter wants whether it’s reading books or building with blocks or coloring. She is always recommending things that have worked for her in the past which makes life as a parent so much easier.
On top of all that, she knows how much I love getting pictures and updates from their day together and sends both throughout the day so I always feel included in even though I am working. She is also very friendly with my dog.
She currently works in Forest Hills is available to work in Manhattan/Queens/Brooklyn.
We cannot recommend our wonderful nanny, Francis, highly enough. We were incredibly lucky to have found Francis and she has helped care for our daughter since she was born. Francis has exceeded our expectations in every way and has been an invaluable part of our family and an incredible source of support for us as first-time parents.
With decades of experience, Francis is loving, patient, calm, exceptionally reliable, and genuinely wonderful with children. She is never late, incredibly trustworthy, and brings the kind of warmth and consistency every family hopes to find in a nanny. She takes care of our daughter as though she were her own and that level of trust and care has made our lives immensely easier. Before she joined our family, she worked with another family in our building for six years until both of their children entered kindergarten.
Francis is now looking for a full-time position on the Upper West Side with a family she can grow with long-term. If you are looking for someone who will become a trusted and cherished part of your family—not simply an employee—we cannot recommend her highly enough.
We are more than willing to provide a personal reference and connect with any families that are interested directly!
Absolutely. I’d make it warmer, more polished, and a little more concise, while emphasizing the qualities a prospective family is likely to care about: affection, energy, experience with young children, engagement, reliability, and willingness to help with the household.
Nanny Recommendation
Our family has been incredibly fortunate to have had Tina in our lives for the past three years. She has cared for our son full-time from the time he was just three months old through his toddler years, and we are deeply grateful for all the love, energy, and joy she has brought to our family.
Tina is incredibly caring, loving, playful, friendly, and energetic. She has delighted in every stage of our son’s early childhood—from tummy time, first solid foods, and first steps to his first playground adventures, weaning from the bottle, potty training, and, most recently, supporting his growing independence and confidence.
Tina brings a warm, sunny personality to each day. She enjoys preparing our son for the morning, feeding him, and taking him on adventures throughout the neighborhood. She regularly brings him to local playgrounds, the fire station, library, and enrichment classes including music, gardening, gym, and cooking. The teachers at his classes have consistently appreciated her active and engaged presence, both with him and with the other children.
Tina has also helped our son become comfortable and confident in his community. She knows many of our neighborhood shopkeepers, food truck owners, other nannies, and families, and her warm, social nature has helped him learn how to interact comfortably with both adults and other children. She has also captured countless wonderful photographs of him over the years and takes great pride in helping him look his best!
Beyond childcare, Tina has been a tremendous help to our household. She keeps our son’s play spaces and the home tidy, does his laundry, and prepares meals for him and, on occasion, for the whole family. With my husband frequently traveling for work, Tina has also been an important source of support during periods when I was parenting solo.
Most of all, Tina has been a loving and joyful presence throughout some of the most formative years of our son’s life. We will genuinely miss having her as part of our daily lives, and we are excited to help her find another wonderful family to care for. We would be happy to answer any questions about Tina and our experience with her.
Cristiana has been an integral part of our family for the past four years, starting when our older son was just 10 weeks old. Since then, she has cared for both of our sons with a level of devotion, warmth, and love that makes them feel like her own children.
From a practical and developmental standpoint, Cristiana is exceptional. She has consistently prepared healthy, nutritious meals that our boys love, starting from the day we introduced solids. She keeps their spaces clean and manages their laundry, ensuring our family is always organized and ready for the week ahead. Beyond excellent physical care, she has enriched our children’s lives by teaching them Spanish and introducing them to music and movement. She is full of joy, constantly dancing and singing – a wonderful energy that she has passed on to both of our boys.
Cristiana also understands the importance of early socialization. From a very young age, she regularly took the boys to the park, helping them build social skills and make friends in the community. Our older son had 15 kids at his first birthday party, just from friends in the park 🙂
As a communicator, she is thoughtful and intuitive. When we were brand-new parents, she gently helped us navigate the steep learning curve of infancy, offering invaluable guidance while always deferring to and respecting our ultimate judgment.
Cristiana has been a gift to our family. She brings joy, structure, education, and deep affection into the home every single day. I recommend her with the absolute highest confidence. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
Please feel free to contact me at 914-523-3709 if you would like to discuss her qualifications further.

Lina is AMAZING. She has been crucial in my child’s development during the half a year she helped to make her blossom. The only reason we are parting with her is because our schedule changed, and we are heartbroken to have to let her go. Our entire family loves Lina. She is caring, thoughtful, mindful, punctual, patient and the list goes on! I was particularly grateful for her ability to ensure we were on the same page by asking questions to avoid misunderstandings.
I know my baby is in good hands with her not just because she literally squeals with joy and rushes to meet her when she comes to the door, but because I have seen Lina adapt to her needs as my baby went from fragile infant to curious toddler.
Any child and family who have her in her life are assured a ray of sunshine even in the darkest of days. We are happy to talk to you if you have any questions about our experience with her.
We are looking to help our wonderful former nanny Rose find her next family. Rose (or Rosie as she likes to be called) was a caring and reliable caretaker to our two kids for 5 years from when our youngest was a baby until he started school full time two years ago. Our kids love her and were so sorry to see her go when we no longer needed a nanny. We would love to find Rose another loving family to work for since we know she would be a great addition to anyone’s family. Rose is extremely reliable and was never late in her 5 years with us. She helped with all child-related needs (laundry, tidying, cooking dinner, etc.), organized playdates and found great activities in the neighborhood. She was a major reason our youngest made friends before he was in school which helped him so much when he was little. She is a truly caring person and would be a great caretaker to anyone’s kids.
She is looking for a part time position but would commit to full time for the right family.
Mery is warm, thoughtful, responsible, patient, smart, and very capable. She is from Colombia, Spanish is her first language, and she speaks English fluently. She has made sure our 3-year-old speaks Spanish with as much fluency as he does English. She was a real partner in potty training, and she’s a big reason he has such good manners for his age. She takes him to classes, plans playdates and museum outings on her own, and is happy to cook his meals (she’s also a talented cake baker who loves to bring treats to the family). Our son adores her. Our 10-year-old is mostly off doing her own thing these days but also enjoys Mery’s company and guidance.
We are the fourth family Mery has worked with, and she has experience with everyone from newborns to 10-year-olds, including children with special needs. She would especially love to find a newborn or young infant to care for, though she is wonderful with any age. She is a straightforward communicator, reliable, and punctual; we could not recommend her more highly.

Fantastic, experienced nanny available starting mid-September 2026. Full time, Brooklyn preferred.
Our nanny has been caring for our daughter since she was 6 months old and has been a trusted partner in her care while we work full time. She worked with her prior family for 7 years, from infancy to eventually two children, and with other families before that. Our daughter will be starting preschool in the fall, and we will be sad to not have Lucilla take care of her every day,
Lucilla has an even-keeled and steady demeanor, and is calm and patient with our daughter. She prepares her meals, reads books, sings, engages her fine motor skills, and takes her to the playground or playroom every day, as well as to any classes or activities that we have scheduled.
As first-time parents, we appreciated drawing from her knowledge of developmental milestones and years of childcare experience while also having the freedom to make the final call. She doesn’t mind recommending what she thinks will be helpful and is also 100% respectful if we go a different route.
Couldn’t recommend Lucilla more highly to a family who is looking for a reliable and loving caretaker with lots of experience.
If you are looking for a nanny, I’d be happy to give more information, or you can also contact Lucilla directly.
Our previous nanny, Delia, is one of a kind. She took care of our two sons for almost 3 years – started when our oldest was 10 months old and then took my second son when he was 10 weeks old.
Delia is extremely reliable, always on time, professional, and a heart of gold. She is extremely experienced with children (she has adult children of her own (and a grandchild) and somehow is so warm, but also strong (the children love her, and also respect her). She balanced the two kids perfectly – we now have a third and I wouldn’t hesitate having her watch all three full time. Delia watched the kids in the apartment, but also went out and about too so her and the kids could get a lot of outside time. She’ll follow whatever guidelines parents give!
We moved states, which is the only reason we don’t work together anymore – but if we were near each other, I would hire Delia again in a heart beat. We love her and any family will be absolutely lucky to have her. For context, she lives in Westchester County, so Westchester preferred, but is open to Bronx/Queens, Manhattan, and then Brooklyn.
Wonderful nanny alert! Our childcare needs have changed and our nanny of nearly 3 years will be looking for a new position at the end of September. Erika started with our family when my youngest child was 10 months old, and since then she has grown to be an indispensable part of the family. She is extremely capable, loving, and energetic with our three kids (7, 4, and 3). She is always engaging them in creative activities, adventures, or play dates, and they have incredibly close friendships in the community because of her efforts. She is a native Spanish speaker (fluent in English) and all three kids speak some Spanish because of her. She prioritizes their safety and is never on her phone around the kids unless it’s necessary. Our kids feel safe, happy, and loved every day.
Erika has also been very flexible and generous with her time when we have needed it, arriving early or staying late, and has adapted to our changing needs by being proactive around the house.
Erika is open to full time or part time work in either Manhattan or Brooklyn. She’s ideally suited to a family with babies, toddlers, and young children (3 months – 7 years).
We had the pleasure of having Dian Grace Powell as our 24-hour baby nurse for almost 4 months while caring for our twins, and we could not recommend her more highly. She is professionally trained, extremely energetic, organized, reliable, and trustworthy. She is excellent at scheduling and keeping everything running smoothly, while also being incredibly gentle, caring, and loving with the babies. She is fun and engaging with them, moves quickly and efficiently, and handles everything with confidence and calm. Caring for twins is no easy task, but she managed both babies exceptionally well and was truly wonderful to have in our home. We are so grateful for all her help and care, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a dedicated, capable, and loving baby nurse.
Yvonne was our nanny from the time our daughter was a few months old until she was 11 and she is an absolutely wonderful nanny. She is a very responsible, caring, gentle and encouraging person. I particularly appreciated how engaged she was with our daughter when at home or on regular trips to the parks, museums and around the neighborhood. She was a dream come true for our family. I frequently received compliments from other parents about how great Yvonne was with our daughter and I always felt completely secure with leaving our daughter in Yvonne’s care. We had such a great experience with her! Yvonne also has experience with newborns, including working as a baby nurse. Happy to do reference calls.
After 17 wonderful years with our family, we are honored to recommend our beloved nanny, Bertha. She has been an integral part of our household, caring for our two sons from infancy through their school-age years with unwavering dedication, affection, and warmth, treating them as if they were her own. Bertha possesses an infectious positive energy and a true passion for working with children. She is seeking a position with a kind family who values a strong, enduring partnership. Bertha is highly skilled at establishing predictable daily routines, managing nap schedules, and guiding feedings. She takes a hands-on approach to toddler milestones, including potty training and social skill building. She is proficient in infant scheduling and early social development. Bertha believes in keeping children active and engaged outdoors. She loves taking walks around the city, organizing local playdates, and exploring neighborhood activities. Her extensive network among Manhattan nannies ensures rich social opportunities for the kids.
Paola was with our family for over a year, and we’re only saying goodbye because our two-year-old is starting preschool. We’d have kept her otherwise.
She cared for our three children- her main focus was our baby boy during the day, and she took on all three, including our two older girls, in the evenings once they were home from school. Juggling that range of ages is not easy but she managed always with a smile and seemingly unlimited energy.
What stood out most to us was the bond she formed with our son. It happened remarkably fast, and for a long stretch she was the only caregiver he would accept. That says more than anything else we could write here.
She’s flexible, kind, and endlessly patient. In our experience she was completely trustworthy, and we never had concerns about our children’s wellbeing in her care.
If you’re looking for someone loving and reliable you should consider Paola.

A few things that make Tita special:
