Ellie is advanced for her age in terms of milestones, and this is due to Rona. Among other things, she helped us transition Ellie to solids, set expectations for cleaning up toys, got her to put her shoes on by herself, learn words and proper names, hold a pencil and write letters, and is now helping us potty train Ellie. As a result, Ellie surpasses all the milestones for her age in terms of motor skills, communication, and social awareness.

She is also remarkably dependable and organized. We have never once worried about Ellie’s safety or well-being when she’s with Rona. She communicates clearly and regularly, and takes initiative in managing the day. We trust her completely.

Caro is a good nanny. She is considered part of our family. She is a loving, responsible, and proactive person who can meet the children’s needs by caring for them at home. She is studying English and has taught my son many Spanish words. She oversees his meals and helps with homework and activities. She is very patient, cheerful, and communicates well with parents and children. She shows empathy toward the children and the family. Dato was with our family for 3 years from the time our oldest was 3 months old and seamlessly helped us transition to 2 kids. She lovingly cared for both our boys as if they were her own. Our extraordinary nanny, Kelsang, is looking for her next posting now that our youngest is off to preschool. We were so lucky to find Indira! She has been a thoughtful and dedicated full-time caregiver for our son since he was six months old. Hello, our wonderful nanny Ana is available starting next month as our family is moving to the suburbs. She’s been working with us for a year, starting when our son was a newborn. I’m writing to share news about the most incredible nanny who will be looking for a new family beginning January 2026. Sabrina has been with us since my son came home from the NICU in 2020, and she has truly become a member of our family.

Hi! I’m posting this post on behalf of our beloved nanny who was with us for 2 years (from the time my daughter was 2 months to 2 years, recently ended her time with us as our daughter transitioned into school). She is a bright, happy, positive, loving person who absolutely loves and cares for children. She is extremely punctual (never been late or called out unexpectedly) and responsible. She is very trustworthy and was able to take our daughter around the city by stroller/bus/train/cab to various activities, the park, and doctors visits. She fostered a love of reading in our daughter and fostered her speech and learning significantly. She is able to take the lead and notice/encourage all transitions (transitions to solids, changes in nap schedules, transition off bottle, potty training, etc). She does not require hand-holding, she is excellent at picking up on cues and meeting transitional needs. She performed any/all ancillary household nanny duties pertaining to children (cleaning up, maintaining tidy drawers and stroller, meal prep/cooking her meals, laundry, cleaning play area, etc). Overall, we cannot recommend her enough – she is truly someone who has a real passion for childcare backed with significant experience (in children of all ages), who do trustworthy, clean, and able to translate her happy, positive personality on the kids she cares for. Hazel has been a dear friend of our family for four years now. She was the nanny to our son’s best friend, and spent nearly every day with our son for the first couple years of his life. When our daughter was born, she spent nearly every day with our daughter as well. From as early as they could express a feeling, both of our children have absolutely adored Hazel. She is warm and funny and knows how to make kids feel safe and loved. She’s always ready to get down on the floor with a kid and meet them at their level — to read books, do a puzzle, give a hug.
