Lisa Blythe Perlman is a comic, writer and mommy. She has been performing stand-up comedy at country clubs, festivals, fund-raisers and colleges throughout the country for over a decade. She is a producer of comedy shows for both private and corporate affairs, has been hired as a comedic speech writer, and performs her mommy humor, “Comedy from the Crib” at expectant mother events.
Lisa’s television credits include comedic commentary on the VH-1 channel’s All Access. Lisa is proud to have used her humor as an auctioneer, raising money for various philanthropies in New York City. She has also been a public speaker on the topic of humor’s effects on mental health. She is most recently shopping her non-fiction narrative about the change that is motherhood entitled Mommy-Phobia. Lisa is thrilled to be back again at this year’s Mommybites event, because last year she was pregnant and was really pissed off she couldn’t drink wine with all of you lovely ladies!
