Are you looking for New Mom and Baby classes near Brookline or Arlington?
In our new moms’ groups, each week you’ll share experiences, engage in parenting discussions, gather valuable resources, and ask your parenting questions in order to make this time of major transition smoother, saner, easier and more enjoyable!
After these warm, informative, and friendly mommy and me classes, you’ll be fully connected to a great group of other trusted moms and feel empowered with essential skills such as dealing with sleep deprivation, the challenges of feeding & fussiness & developmental milestones.
Mommybites Boston offers the Seedlings curriculum for its support groups, developed by Seedlings founder Katherin Hudkins. Our new moms’ groups are led by Seedlings trained facilitators who will guide you to embrace your new role & identity as a mom with more confidence, compassion and humor.

What the Mommybites Boston New Moms’ Support Group Moms are Saying:
-I didn’t have many friends that had kids and this group allowed me to meet other moms with the same age children and share stories tips and ideas and offer friendship during my maternity leave. Katherin was also a fantastic host and I looked forward to her enthusiasm and kindness each week.
-The New Mom’s Support Group was such a great support during my first few months of motherhood. Not only was the instructor knowledgeable and supportive, but also practical. I really appreciate that multiple ideas about sleep, eating, etc. were shared with the goal being to do what is best for you and your family. When I came into the class, I was worried I wasn’t really hacking it as mom. I didn’t feel good about myself or what I was going through. The group discussions helped normalize my experiences and supported me in trusting myself.
–Ashley was phenomenal. She listened thoughtfully and then responded without judgment to all our questions and concerns. Ashley is such a great help for new moms.
–Ashley was a great group leader. I was with her for both groups (newborn-3 month and 3-6 month) and really want to acknowledge what a great job she did!
-I took the new Mom’s group to refresh my memory with newborn skills as it had been 6 years since my last baby. The class was so helpful. It is such a bonding experience to go through with new moms sharing your concerns, worries and successes with your newborn. I highly recommend it for everyone who wants to learn and share with other new moms.

– Learn some baby massage and tummy time techniques which can aid in development of strong head, neck and shoulder muscles, promote healthy digestion, visual development and more for your baby!
