A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending the Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore. I was blown away right from the start!
Upon arriving, there were vendors already outside, handing out samples of their delicious products. Once inside, it was incredible to see just how many companies there were with products that promote healthy living. This included every single type of food and beverage vendors, make-up vendors, massage chair vendors, skin care vendors and more.
The overriding theme at the Expo was health and wellness, so the beauty of trying all of the different food samples was that they were all good for you. Thank goodness I didn’t eat breakfast that day because I tasted enough samples to carry me through the entire day without any meals!
Check out some of the cool vendors that I met below. Since I was only able to go for one day, I wasn’t even close to meeting all of them, so I already can’t wait to attend again next year – this time for longer!
