    The importance of restorative sleep is crucial to get through our daily lives. Poor sleep can lead to obesity, stress, heart disease, poor judgment and many other negative effects. With most Americans suffering from sleep deprivation, this has become a huge problem for most of us. However, with the right habits and the right routine, you can get the sleep you need and take back control of your life.
