Dr. Gramma Karen’s New Book

    Find Family Friendly Activities

As many of you may know, my mom writes an awesome and super valuable column for Mommybites called, Ask Dr. Gramma Karen. In it she tackles all sorts of important questions related to parent-grandparent relationships, which are submitted by Mommybites readers. One of the reasons she has been so hugely popular within not only our community, but also as a regular columnist for Grand Magazine, is that she provides heavily researched, non-judgmental and thought-provoking advice without telling readers what they should do (She leaves that part up to all of you. Except in my case, where she has been known to tell me exactly what to do – just kidding, Mom!).

Well, I’m happy to tell you that her NEW book just came out and it’s amazing! And I’m not just saying that because she’s my mom. I’m saying that because it’s true and because hundreds of parents over the years have found her advice to be comforting, helpful and invaluable. Here’s a bit more about her new book and where you can order it (it makes a great Mothers Day gift too!).

    As described on Amazon:

Ask Dr. Gramma Karen, Volume II: Savvy Advice to Soothe Parent-Grandparent Conflicts is an easy-to-use guide that leads to harmonious, sustainable, and enjoyable relationships across the generations. Drawing from 32 real-life accounts, Dr. Rancourt presents insightful ways to make intergenerational conflicts less complicated, perplexing, and overwhelming. She provides multiple points of view in analyzing the problems to help those in conflict better understand the roots of issues.”
