I know that I wrote a love letter about my Kindle a while back (don’t worry – the love still burns strong), but I have one major gripe: How is one supposed to snoop on what other people are reading if one cannot see the cover of others’ books!?

Let’s say, for example, that one casually scopes out stranger’s reading material on the subway, or at the beach under the disguise of dark sunglasses, or at the airport as one pretends to check the flight board?

Well? How the heck am I… I mean “one”… supposed to be nosy and figure out what everyone is reading this summer if the cover of books are no longer visable? Yes, I know I could read the book reviews and track the best sellers, but it’s so much more fun to snoop over the shoulders of strangers.

SO… I was thinking maybe, if you don’t mind, since my snooping days are apparently over, I could ask all of YOU. If you could just write in the comments section either what book you’re currently reading, or even a favorite book, it would be most appreciated. And then, next week in my newsletter introduction, I could share some of the book recommendations with all of you. What do you think? Who’s in?

Here’s to getting book recommendations the good ol’ fashioned way – through word of mom!
