Little Island has stroller-friendly paths, stairs, wave-shaped benches, more than 350 plant species, more than 110 trees, and two large grassy hills, which beg kids to race up and roll down. Nestled amidst the hills are various stone shortcuts—or boulder scrambles—ideal for impatient young explorers who can’t wait to check out the views. Starting in mid-June, Little Island’s free arts activities and workshops will be open to families.
