Which stroller is better for twins… double wide or tandem?
This is a question I am frequently asked. As for the answer, it’s really a personal preference. Something to think about before purchasing your double stroller is lifestyle and location.
A lot of the families that I work with, who live in the city, choose a tandem stroller because they are able to fit through just about every door way- something that can be tricky with a double wide.
My suburban families often go with the double wide because they tend to be a bit easier to fold up and put in the trunk of a car.
I suggest going to a baby gear store to test out the strollers. Push them around the store, open them up and fold them shut. You will figure out what works best for you and your growing family.
