As our babies and our bodies grow, keeping ourselves comfortable becomes a bit more challenging. Some expectant moms have found that it helps to position themselves against a firm surface – whether it be having your bed against a wall, sleeping on the living room sofa some nights using the firm back for support, or some expectant moms have had their hubbies participate having them sleep on their side for them to gently rest on!
