Should I put my twins on a schedule?
This is one of the most often asked questions. My answer every time, without
hesitation is, “YES!!!”
We recommend putting twin babies on a schedule because without one, you will have two babies eating at different times, two babies sleeping at different times – and you, crying at all times.
Typically, unless otherwise specified by your doctor, we put newborn twins on a 3 hour feeding schedule, meaning, they eat every three hours.
It takes a little time for them to adjust to it, but they will.
Please feel free to send your twin questions to jengenel@gmail.com.
I can’t wait to hear from you!
Happy Twinning!!!
